From placing Our house on the market to completion we received excellent communication and service from all staff involved at the St Austell branch. We had full support and if we were unable to communicate by phone May Whetter staff communicated by email. We Would definitely buy and sell through May Whetter again and would recommend highly anyone to use their service. We also used Andy their financial advisor who was first class. Thankyou so much St. Austell Branch. Keep up tthe good work you are doing.

Sold our last property through them in 2019, have experience with numerous agents around the country (both terrible and good) and these have been really great, VERY patient with a very demanding and difficult buyer throughout a frustrating transaction. Highly recommended for professionalism and honest service.

Our house went onto the market just as the continuing complexities of Covid 19 were being revealed. Every step of the way staff at MWG were, professional, on our side, hardworking, honest and humorous. We were particularly impressed with their responsiveness to our queries and how they provided solutions and support if there were setbacks.

All good, a bit stressful with changing dates for survey, however under the current climate with Covid, acceptations have to be made! Other than that very happy with the service in carrying out both our mundic and full survey. Yes if relevant, I would use them again

MWG are the nicest, most accommodating estate agents I have dealt with. They even worked on Saturday evening to allow me to move into our seaside rental flat in Cornwall when I wanted to (I was massively delayed due to baby!).

Have used twice before brilliant service as usual, would highly recommend this friendly local estate agent. Richard Austin again surpassed himself he had it look so easy.
