We have dealt with the property rental department and the sales department and we have been very well looked after by all concerned. Selling a property is not easy and you need someone you can trust who has a knowledge of the local area and can be contacted easily either by telephone or calling into the office. I was a tenant for 4 years in a property in St Austell. I can't thank May Whetter & Grose lettings team for their kindness and professional attitude towards me. I have been through a lot of personal problems with my family in Wales with my brother and father dying within one year of each other, also my mum with breast cancer. The team were lovely to me when I called in at the office for one reason or another. Only twice did I have to ask for something to do with the flat and both times it was dealt with within 2 days. DIY isn't for me atall, so I asked the team to help, and within a few days my request was sorted. Two employees of May, whether & Grose (sorry I can’t remember their names) came to our house to carry out a test for ‘mundic block’. We were extremely apprehensive regarding damage to the decorations of our home. Our worries were completely unfounded as the men were not only friendly and competent but also extremely tidy. By the time the job was completed there was not a trace of a mess anywhere.
