Excellent Alround Service
Recently moved to this area have used the same garage for 17yrs so my expectations were quite high.
Chose MB solely on the feedback & positive comments om Trust Pilot. Excellent alround service very informative and most helpful. For the 1st time my Volvo XC60 brokedown enroute!! Spoke to Micheal at MB without issue or drama he organised a tow truck and picked me up within the hour!! I'm suitably impressed as my concern of using another/unknown garage by me was completely unfounded as my previous garage was also very good.
A full service & MOT were completed and I have a list of recommendations of work suggested with prices.
In short!!

Excellent customer focused service from MB. It's the first time I've used these guys after being recommend by a friend. Booked online and had lots of communication to ensure the appointment was still booked and a pre visit check in. The staff were great on arrival and I left my car with them for a service and MOT. I received automated updates on the jobs and options to carry out works for MOT advisories through a web page with thorough information about them . When I collected the vehicle it had also been cleaned inside and out, which I wasn't expecting. Would highly recommend and will use again.

Well what can I say apart from if you’ve never used this garage before then you MUST!

Back again to MB motors rugeley.
Just a couple of small problems coolant leak and air conditioning not working.
The work was done quickly and very professional. I picked up my motor on a Friday afternoon and drove home. Over the weekend I noticed that the air conditioning was not working quite as it should I popped in to the first thing Monday morning to have it checked (with no appointment)they checked it over and reported back to me that the miner fault was fixed and all was good. I would like to give all the staff a big thanks for their help and support.
