Recently wished to change my payments to monthly contacted the company asking if this would be more expensive, Mandy from customer accounts dealt with my enquiry who I found to be extremely helpful , professional and polite and sorted the matter out expeditiously explaining to keep abreast of invoices to ensure my standing order was keeping track or alternatively to touch base periodically for the accounts to check for me
The whole process was very well explained and conducted Well done on this matter

DONT BUY A NEW BUILD

Meadfleet have sent a bill of almost £90, they've cut a 2 small sections of grass on the entrance and laid some mulch down, not been back to sort the weeds, grass growing through curbs, paths and drains, and all the grass verges outside houses, neighbours have done this, and they have only been twice to the site £90.

They've had overhead charges included in the bill which is wild, what overheads are being incurred, there are no offices or assets/hardware specifically related to our site, you have set offices that deal with all sites, so how are how are you legally charging every house in every site you manage around £50.

What they are doing is illegal and I'm sure they aren't the only Management firm.

We are at Bolsover Promise built by Strata, we wouldn't buy from them again, this just sealed that.

Everyone should join and follow HBF the home builders federation, they are taking on the government and local councils regarding unadopted land, added bills, the issue of rates/Council tax being paid in full when we pay management fees and the corruption of management companies that embilish their bills.

Email them through their website they will send you info and keep you in the loop, support where you can to go against these companies and our useless councils

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Evening – Highly Recommended

A fantastic Bat Walk around the Hamptons Country Park, organised by Paul Cassidy of Meadfleet.

Paul did an excellent job of bringing the evening to life with his knowledge, enthusiasm and passion for our local wildlife. The walk gave residents a wonderful opportunity to explore the Country Park after dark and learn more about the bats that live right on our doorstep. Using bat detectors, we were able to hear and identify the bats as they flew around us, which made the experience particularly exciting.

There was a great atmosphere among everyone who attended, with plenty of interest, questions and enthusiasm throughout the evening. It was a real reminder of what a valuable natural asset our Country Park is and the wildlife it supports.

A huge thank you to Paul for giving his time and organising such an enjoyable and informative event. Judging by the comments from those who attended, it was a great success and something we would very much like to see repeated.

Why have a breakdown of maintenance costs but not have a breakdown of overhead costs these are nearly double in money the bill we receive just increases every time we get one the estate is in a terrible state and just getting worse every year

I received my latest invoice and was a little confused. I emailed Meadfleet for a more detailed account, asking if I should increase my monthly payment.
I would like to express my sincere thanks to Mandy for her response. She was exceptionally patient and kind, even when I still appeared to misunderstand.
Mandy explained things in more detail, again with kindness and excellent customer support.
Mandy’s level of customer service was second to none. Something, I personally feel, in this climate, can be lacking.

1 star is probably too much for this company!
The area i live in looks awful and Meadfleet are suppose to look after the grounds, but due to hot weather there isn't much done yet this company is charging me more, I seem to be paying alot for the business side and probably there bonuses!
They hire other companies to do the work!
Let plants like thistles & ragwort get out of control.
Weeds growing in the pathway, oh and send leaflets out of pretty looking locations.
Don't be deceived by this scam of a business, they have put my bill up every six months when they want paying towards upkeep of the grounds!
Just a shame I can't attach photos.

Weedfleet are laughing at all their customers! Taking them for a ride and massively overcharging them.

This company is a complete scam! They charge the world and get a 3rd party company to do hardly any work.

Lucky to be even getting one star, bills getting higher and no maintenance being carried out on the estate, because they dont simply have enough time so all they do is cut grass. Absolutely useless, and even when people of the estate do raise their concerns nothing get done about it. But its ok they'll up your bills to pay their management nice hefty salaries. Best think for them it is get up and leave out housing estate. Personally think they're scam artists.

Our thanks go to Lucy Gibson from Meadfleet, a gold star experience, efficient, courteous and friendly with the added bonus of a donation for refreshments to our event, SUMMERFEST2026 in Kingswood. We were able to provide ice cream, drinks and food until the vouchers ran out and the sun melted the ice. It was a wonderful day, thank you for Meadfleet, Keepmoat and Hull CC for hosting the event on Kingswood and thank you to our many artists who made it such a special event on the day. We were asked many times, are we doing it next year, always a good sign. A great time was had by all. A big THANKYOU. 🤩

I reported a concern with some overgrown hedges.

The report was passed on to Jake Davies who immediately took ownership of the issue. Jake liaised between the contractor and myself at all stages - He advised a date when the contractor would attend. The day before he sent me a polite reminder that they would be attending and on completion of the work he contacted me again to ensure I was satisfied with the work.

I recently contacted Jake, who oversees the work carried out at Parc Jasmine by Meadfleet, with a suggestion about installing a bench on the public open space.

I was really impressed by how quickly Jake responded. He listened to my suggestion, took it seriously, looked into it and, most importantly, actually made it happen! I’ve now been told that approval has been given for a new bench to be installed within the next few weeks.

It’s fantastic news for me, but even more so for the wider community on the estate. It’s great to see a suggestion from a resident being listened to and acted upon.

A big thank you to Jake for his excellent communication, quick response and for genuinely making a difference. This is exactly the kind of service and community-minded approach that deserves recognition.

Excellent Service from Meadfleet Ltd and Francina

I recently worked with Meadfleet Ltd while representing one of their tenants in a property sale, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service provided.

Communication was excellent throughout the transaction, and the team was always easy to deal with. They helped us progress the sale swiftly by providing clear, accurate, and comprehensive information from the outset. The information supplied was so well prepared that it rarely generated additional queries from the solicitors, which helped avoid unnecessary delays and kept the transaction moving smoothly.

A special mention goes to Francina, who was exceptionally professional, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. Her efficiency and proactive approach made a noticeable difference and contributed greatly to a seamless transaction.

What can I say. After years of battling with an overgrown area on a new build development and I was put in touch with a manager, Kyle Chaplin.
This man is worth his weight in gold! After raising the issue, his communication was consistent, showed empathy and understanding which is rare nowadays and got the issue sorted within a matter of weeks.
