Punctual
Call happened at time arranged, so punctual. Clinician who conducted the interview seemed aware of medical limitations/ recent treatments but i had to clarify normal exertion levels expected of Chef Manager.

Understanding, kind and encouraging.
The lady who did the appointment was a great listener, and really kind, encouraging and helpful. And was very supportive of what me and the gp were suggesting for my phased return hour build up and duties build up. 5 stars for the convo.
The report took a few times to sort and in the end and some changes still didn’t carry through. In the end I just left it as I had a detailed fit note from my gp laying everything out clearly that was needed and the report was ready after this, and after my return to work meeting.

Ok consultation, report took too long
My consultation went ok, plenty of questions and answers. However, at the end the lady said that if I was to have another consultation in future it should be with a clinician as my situation is so complex, thus making me feel less understood, unheard, uncomfortable and therefore I wasn’t sure that the report would come out as needed. Indeed, it took a while for it to come to me, for review. There were a number of things which were factually incorrect and I gave comments to change and update, sent it back and heard nothing for several months. I emailed and called, to be told it had been missed, and they would ask the person to look at it. It still took an inordinate length of time to get to my line manager and HR, and some of the recommendations were time critical in it, thus rendering them useless and unnecessary. Therefore, for me, the process has not been helpful at all, in fact it has probably added to my stress.
If possible I’d like to do it all over again?

I didn't like that my appointment was cancelled twice
I didn't like that my appointment was cancelled twice at short notice. I found that frustrating. When I was eventually seen, the doctor was great. She was kind, empathic and helpful.

Spoke to medigold regarding my health…
Spoke to medigold regarding my health issues with my blood pressure being so high and I'm taking the medication my doctor have prescribed taught medigold would help but unfortunately I'm still going through what I have told them regarding stressed at work and DHL are not helping either they have given me stage 1 disciplinary regarding taking time off for my illness and doctor appointments now according to DHL I can't have anymore time off or else they will terminate my contract with them

The experience was excellent
The experience was excellent, the therapist totally put me at ease. He explained everything, was kind and patient. He explained what would happen after the appointment, and followed up with the admin as promised. Would definitely recommend.
