Awful
Awful. Made a difficult experience all the worse with incompetency at every turn. Gave me a contact who had no knowledge of my condition, didn't even have any experience or knowledge of chronic health. Then got my report completely wrong, adding things that weren't said and taking away key points that were. It took a month to get all the details amended as every time I asked for (the same) amends something different would change. Had to formally complain to my employer and Medigold. Do not use.

Very thorough, was running an hour late at 10.30. Appt duration was twice the length that was suggested
Very thorough. Appt was running 1 hour late at 10.30. Another clinician was appointed which only made it half an hour late. We were told half to one hour for then length of appointment but it took just over 2 hours.

AVOID - Only Interested in Employer Contact Goals
I had a very very serious issue at work that caused the onset of what I thought was a stroke.
Triggered by a manager implementing punishing deadlines, micro management, minimisation and likely bias since January 2026.
Medigold released my OH report without my explicit consent and gave no apology as they are only interested in meeting the employer organisation deadlines for supplying an OH report at a specific time after your meeting.
Of course the employer is part of the problem as it has been released to the referring manager (the employer) who created this abuse!
I am beyond disguised by Medigold!
It has made the anxiety worse and heart rate has gone up significantly!
I shall never ever knowingly use this service/ organisation AGAIN!
