It's been 2 weeks since i ordered and i didn't receive my product and these don't attend the calls.

My experience with this company was terrible. I ordered my wife a Cardiology IV in the color Raspberry in early November. When I ordered, it was noted on the website that it was likely to ship within 5 business days due to delays from the manufacturer. When I called to check the status of my order a month later, they told me I shouldn't expect my order until after the New Year, if I was lucky. Don't waste your time with this company.

I thought I had ordered a 3M stethoscope as a gift for a physician friend in Europe who was getting married and then canceled it because I noticed that the time of delivery would be too close to the time I was leaving. However, apparently I had not properly canceled the order and it arrived the same day I left for Europe. Medisave had the best price and included a case unlike other vendors. I called the company and explained my dilemma and they accepted return of the product with no hassles. I had ordered the same product from another vendor through Amazon, which promised a quick delivery but at a higher price and without a case. Unlike many companies, Medisave quickly reimbursed my credit card for the charge. I appreciated the kind and understanding response from them. I wish I had not been so hard pressed to get the product as I would have ordered it from Medisave for sure.

Muy mala, hasta parece fraude. Han pasado dos meses y no llega mi estetoscopio. Primero dicen que esta out of stock, después de semanas supuestamente lo mandan y nunca llega al destino. Se realizó esto en dos ocasiones y nunca llegó. Me dicen que no se puede regresar el dinero porque esta grabado. Finalmente propongo pagar para que lo envíen a otra dirección y por medio de otra paquetería, para que me llegue otro correo diciéndome que esta out of stock de nuevo... ¿Cómo es posible, si supuestamente esta grabado mi estetoscopio? Pésimo. No lo recomiendo.

Arrived quicker than expected and is so great to use. I should have bought one years ago.

Im not completely sure where the issue lies, but the overall experience was not the best. The first setback was the stethoscope that i had ordered went on back order ( which i can't place the blame on the company). Then I was willing to switch my color choice , unfortunately the options were slim. To further the situation a signature was required at delivery. I am not home for the delivery nor am i able to get to the Post Office to pick it up. I had asked Medisave to retract the signature request, and was told they cannot. Now all I want is a refund and they can have their package returned since I cannot get it.

Ordered my stethoscope over a week ago. I paid extra to have it delivered with UPS. Someone put in the wrong tracking information and now the Stethoscope can’t be found.

My Littmann Classic III looks amazing, clear sound, and I had my name engraved on it :). Littmann is generally expensive but works well for its intended purpose. Came with a manual book, some ear, and headpieces. Shipping was about a week to get to CA. Fast replies within same day.

I ordered a Littmann Master Cardiology with engraving on a Monday. I got an email saying the stock was low but they were expecting a shipment. Next thing I know, the item shipped on Tuesday and I got it on Thursday! Wow! The shipping was fast and you can’t beat the prices. Out of all the authorized dealers of Littmann, Medisave definitely wins!

This is the beat stethoscope ever. I am able to hear sounds better than ever!!! Plus I am able to filter ambient noise.

Bought this as a graduation from nursing school gift. His class mates were envious and he is ready to start his new job in CICU.

The master cardiology stethoscope is amazing. Quality of product and monogramming is yo be proud of. This is Second one I got over the past 10 years. You will love the Quality. Product was on backorder, but was shipped within a week of order. Clear communication and positive experience

I ordered a Classic Littmann stethoscope and a few other items early one morning from this company. The package would not update on the USPS site for days. I contacted Medisave customer service and promptly received a response the same day. They looked into the issue for me and a few days later my package arrived! You can't beat the prices that they give on quality items. I would definitely recommend this company and have already! (Updated for spelling errors😆)

Quality product and fast delivery. I recommend this stethoscope.
