The stethoscope exceeded my expectations! I love that the name engraving was free. The shipping was fast and price was reasonable comparably.

I ordered a stethoscope on their website, which was said to be in stock at the time. A while later, I was emailed saying it was out of stock. I had to call in, when I was told that a new shipment was coming in and that it would be mailed out soon. I received my shipment a few days late, due to the restocking. Then I found that the engraving that I had ordered was poorly done. I had to send the product back to get fixed. A lot of hiccups on the way to receive my product. Disappointed in how long it is taking for me to get to use the product I bought. However, customer service associate was friendly and fast in responding. Return shipping was also done fast.

5/5 for the stethoscope itself. Took points off for quality issues with how long it took for me to use the product.

The product was good but the delivery time was more than 3 months I guess because of the pandemic otherwise I’m satisfied.

5 stars for product- once I actually got the product. 1 star for the wait it took to actually get my purchase. I purchased my stethoscope in Jan and was told the wait could be 2-3 weeks because the color I chose wasn’t in stock. That I was ok with, except I didn’t receive my stethoscope a good 18-19 weeks later in mid MAY. I called at least once a month to follow up and each time the answer was “we’re getting more the end of this month and you’ll get an email when it ships out”- I feel like my new stethoscope was worth the wait, but if it’s back ordered don’t believe the 2-3 week wait.

The product was as described with excellent engravings. Prompt delivery! Would definitely buy medical equipment here again in the future.

Remarkably fast shipping! I mean it had a tracking number within just a few hours of ordering and showed up here in lower Hooterville the next day.

Excellent customer service and delivery
It was a hassle to get my stethoscope because of my payment method. They were very patient with me and assisted me every step of the way. I was freaking out so bad thinking something went wrong somewhere and they were so quick to refund each time the payment didn’t go through. I was finally able to successfully place an order and still received my package right on time when I needed it. Their customer service was really amazing wish I could give more than 5 stars. Even Their Uk office was so nice to me and did the little they could when I couldn’t reach the Us one due to the time difference. Such an amazing company. I highly recommend. Great customer service!!! My stethoscope was delayed and back ordered because of covid and they kept me updated with emails throughout the entire time with estimated arrival dates! Offered refund if I didn’t want to wait for the delay too! I waited and got my product and love it!
