Melon + Starfish Reviews

Item arrived quickly and safely. Will definitely be ordering from them again.

I have been using Melon & Starfish for a while and they have never disappointed me. Every order comes in 2-3 days, packed with care, and they even give out free samples of their products. Always recommend

Excellent service, super fast delivery, will definitely recommend and will shop with again

Great smooth transaction and delivery. Packaged great and products as they should be. Will definitely be a return customer

This was my first experience of ordering Korean Skincare online, and I was dubious. However, I needn't have been, I cannot recommend Melon & Starfish enough. There customer services were excellent and very helpful/knowledgeable. The lady I e-mailed gave me some great advice and helped me to put together a simple skincare routine for my very awkward skin. She also kindly offered to send me some samples for me to try, I got loads of them with my order, which was brilliant. On top of that delivery was prompt and I received everything I ordered and nothing was damaged, it was all very well packed. I trust Melon and Starfish, and will continue ordering from them knowing that their products are 100% authentic. They also have a great selection to. Order from them, you will not be disappointed, they seem to really care about their customers and products. Thank you Melon and Starfish.

Very quick postage! Wasn’t sure if the internal packaging is compostable / recyclable tho

Swift delivery, great service!

Super quick and managed to get a product that was sold out every where!

Great range of products and great prices, plus was delivered very safely and efficiently.

I cannot recommend melon & starfish enough! Just oh my god! Amazing range of brands and products and the delivery is so quick!

I was struggling with placing an order as it's difficult to get really good Asian cosmetics without being scammed nowadays. I found the shop by an accident and decided to give it a try. And I'm so glad I did it!

The prices are reasonable for me, I've placed an order in the evening on weekend and on Friday morning a courier handed me a package already! The delivery was really fast and the packaging was safe. The package also included free samples which is great as I can check them and be sure if I want to buy a full size or not. So I can totally recommend the shop!

I'm definitely coming back for more. I hope they will expand their offer to some another Asian brands if possible :)

very good service, quick delivery. all well and good. not any issues

My order came on time and really well packaged. As this is my first time ordering from Melon & Starfish I was surprised by the extremely wide range of products they have to offer!! The website is easy to use and I can’t wait to try some more out in my next order.

Lovely products and speedy delivery. Will definitely use again.

Great selection of products. Each product includes a detailed description (including ingredients, how to use, etc). Fast delivery, great free samples. I will definetly buy here again.

Very fast delivery & very appreciative of the free samples provided with my order :)

Products came on time and as ordered. And got some cute few samples too!

Great communication and fast delivery.

Delivery was shipped and arrived quickly. Products came in perfect condition. No faults at all!

The only potential improvement would be to add even more K-Beauty brands to choose from!
