Excellent service, quick and efficient I would recommend to anyone.

My daughter was distraight after dropping her iPhone and breaking the screen, and I then found mendmyi after a quick google. The reviews on Trustpilot seemed good, so I decided to give mendmyi a go. I'm happy to report that mendmyi lived up to the promise of those reviews and the iPhone was collected from my house, repaired and returned fully working within one week from being dropped and broken, much to the delight of my daughter! Communication from mendmyi was excellent throughout. I fully recommend them.

I scouted around for the best company for my water damaged (completely unresponsive) Iphone 6 and mendmyi had by far the best online reviews.
I rang them and they were super helpful - they have a service in my area so someone came to pick my phone up that day for testing. The assured me that if they couldn't fully fix my phone I wouldn't be charged at all.
After diagnostics and cleaning, a part of the motherboard needed replacing. They told me this could take up to 10 working days. 7 working days later Chris rang me, told me the repairs had been completed, and ran another full diagnostics to make sure all was working. This was Tuesday afternoon, after 4pm, and my phone was delivered back to my house Wednesday at 2pm (they even rang to make sure someone would be in to receive the phone.)
I have my phone back and it's working perfectly, like I never idiotically dropped it in the sink at all :)

Completely faultless service - a lovely and helpful team with excellent communication, and very speedy work. I recommend them fully and would definitely use them in the future.

After dropping my iPhone and breaking the glass screen I was devastated as it was only a couple of months old. I raised a repair call with mendmyi and it was collected, repaired and returned in just a few days. I am now whole again (and very happy).

Due to a fault with my lightning port, and headphone jack unit on my iPhone 6, I needed a good repair for a low price. Apple wanted £200 for the repair, (which is ridiculous because it costs them pennies to repair), so upon a quick Google search I found Mendmyi, whose website I immediately checked out, followed by a quick search on Trustpilot. I then ordered with them to have the repair and courier service. I received regular emails from them, and the courier companies, UPS and DPD. The repair was done within 48 hours, from the time it left my house, and I received the repaired unit within 72 hours. The repair was good for the price, and the company was very fast and efficient, which is hard to find in a company these days. If I ever require repairs in the future outside of my warranty, I'll be sending my device there again, no questions asked. Overall such a great company; if you are considering dealing with them, go for it. You won't regret it.

Dropped off handset and was reassured when immediately emailed confirmation of receipt of handset. Diagnosis of fault announced a few hours later. Online form for agreement for repair worked well. Handset ready next day as promised. Fantastic all round!

The camera needed replacing and although I had to send it back after the repair as a black spot had appeared, the team were curteous and efficient and delivered the phone to my house within 3 hours.
