In my case, I messaged them because there were no updates on the delivery service tracking number and a few days had passed since I placed my order.
They replied really fast and made sure everything was on track with my products, so I would get my package in time for my plans. I’ll definitely buy from them again.

The store doesnt care if the items arrive
I bought a shirt to offer. Before buying, the store website said it would arrive on a day which was totally fine, because it was well before the birthday. Several days passed beyond that day and the shirt didnt arrive. On the transporter site it just kept saying it was around somewhere, other times it said it wasnt found. I was trying to find out what was going on the whole time by sending emails to the store, and they answered alright, but to my surprise they had the audacity to answer me with: "We understand your dissatisfaction regarding the delay and would like to clarify the scope of our responsibility: We assume responsibility for shipping your order; however, the online store cannot be held responsible for the exact transit time." Yeah right. But they give you a date that supposely the products arrive while you buy, and they give you several prices to pay dependending on the day it will arrive. So you pay based on a date they give you and that makes you decide to buy, but they are not responsible for it, just for sending the stuff. Nevermind if they ever arrive to you! Total disregard for the client and service. Do not, ever, recomend this store.

We completely understand that estimated shipping dates provided at checkout rely on standard courier schedules, and guaranteed delivery timeframes only apply when selecting an express shipping option. Since standard shipping was chosen for this order, transit times after leaving our warehouse were managed directly by the carrier and could not be guaranteed by our shop.
While these standard shipping terms are outside our direct control, we sincerely regret that the delay impacted your birthday plans and that our communication left a negative impression. We always strive to provide clear information and support to our customers.

I placed and paid for an order on July 31st. I received a notification from the carrier, but when I checked the status, I found that—even after seven days—the order is still at the Metal Shop.

Thank you for your feedback, even though we’re really sorry to hear about the bad experience!
We’d like to clarify how our shipping process works: as soon as you receive the email with your tracking number, your parcel is packed and immediately dispatched from our central warehouse in the Czech Republic. Because it travels internationally, it gets handed over between national carriers—in this case, from our local carrier to MRW in Portugal. Standard delivery with MRW usually takes 4 to 7 business days.
Looking at your order history, we can see that this package has currently been marked as uncollected. Our customer care colleague is already in touch with the carrier to locate the parcel and resolve this for you as quickly as possible. 🖤

Gostaríamos de esclarecer que o prazo de entrega é calculado a partir da data em que a encomenda é entregue à transportadora (que normalmente demora entre 4 a 7 dias úteis a entregar). Como alguns dos nossos artigos estão guardados em armazéns externos, o prazo de preparação antes do envio pode ser prolongado até 2 dias. Infelizmente, não nos podemos responsabilizar por eventuais atrasos que ocorram por parte da transportadora durante o transporte.
