We had a great experience with Mik & Me. I was late to order my daughter‘s communion dress and Sophie fast tracked our order and it arrived early. The quality was amazing and the fit was perfect. I highly recommend Mik & Me

love our dresses my girls had for being bridesmaids at my sisters wedding! So special and arrived to england pretty quickly!

Bought a dress for my daughter on the 17th September baring in mind I already have this exact dress in 0-3 months and really loved it and wanted to purchase it in 3-6 months for a family wedding at the end of the month, when I recieved my order the ribbon colour was nothing like the pictures nor was it like the dress I already have, the size I was sent was also 0-3, I got in touch and was reassured the issue will be resolved. 1 week since getting the email regarding a resolution I have also sent numerous emails asking for an update as the 5 weeks turnaround will mean the dress will not be here for the family wedding! I've had no response or offered a resolution for the matter and now my daughter is without a dress that will fit for the wedding. I'm extremely disappointed and was hopeful thay a solution would be provided. I wouldn't mind if I was the one to order the wrong size but I ordered a 3-6 and was sent the complete wrong size alongside a dress that is nothing like the photos.

I ordered my daughter’s bridesmaid dress from the UK and was absolutely delighted when it arrived. The quality is incredible - beautifully made, gorgeous material and such attention to detail. It looked even more beautiful in person!

My daughter looked absolutely stunning in it and felt so comfortable and confident, which was exactly what I wanted for such an important day. We received so many compliments on how beautiful the dress was.

Couldn’t decide which dress to buy and Mik and Me went above and beyond to help decide which dress would be perfect for my daughter. I ended up choosing the Celeste dress in ivory and was ecstatic once I received it. The material, stitching and heaviness of the dress was exceptional. Was blown away by the quality. By far the best online store to purchase girls dresses for all special occasions. 10/10!

The most gorgeous clothes that are made with the highest quality materials and craftsmanship. I have bought a couple of pieces for my daughter for special events and they travel well. We’ll keep returning for future occasion wear! Can’t recommend highly enough. Beautiful customer service also just tops off the experience.

I have placed an order on 1st of June for a custom gown for flower girl. On the website it mentions 5 weeks turnaround which means it should have been ready by 1st week of July. Now we are in end of August and the wedding is on 4th of September and I still haven’t received it. When I email I don’t get response. I don’t recommend it all they are not reliable.

I could not fault the dress I bought for my baby or the service I have received. The dress itself was absolutely stunning ! I am already looking for my little girls next dress from Mik&Me!

As after writing the review, the store owner responded themselves and followed up promptly, ensuring the items was delivered in time for the event.

I placed an order that is showing dispatched since 11 August.Its been 2 weeks and no further updates.
I even paid extra for tracking. However the tracking number provided is bogus.
I raised a ticket with their customer service and followed up multiple times, and there is still no response. Very disappointing.

I received my sons suit in a very reasonable timeframe however sadly the sizing wasn't true to size. I requested a refund and was told I could, so I sent the item back as per instruction. This was a month ago, item has arrived back to them and still no refund nor answers on my manys emails and text messages sent. Just very disappointed that I've been ghosted by this company.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with my purchase! I bought two Sophia Mikado Flower Girl Dresses for my nieces, who are going to be my flower girls at my wedding, and they are absolutely perfect.

I did have to wait a little while for them to be delivered, but they were 100% worth the wait. The dresses are even more beautiful in person than I imagined. The quality is exceptional, the craftsmanship is stunning, and every little detail has been finished so beautifully.

I love these dresses so much, and I know my nieces are going to feel so special wearing them on such an important day. The seller was wonderful, and the whole experience was great. These dresses exceeded all of my expectations, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone looking for something truly special.

Unfortunately, half of my order was stolen after delivery, but Ozge went above and beyond to help me. Knowing my daughters needed their dresses for my wedding, she acted so quickly to make sure replacement dresses arrived in time.

The level of commitment, compassion, and customer service I received was truly unlike anything I’ve experienced. In a world where great customer service is becoming rare, Ozge genuinely cared and made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation so much easier.

I placed an order with Mik & Me on 18 July 2026 and still have not received my order or received any response or an update regarding my order.

I have tried to email and message Mik & Me’s Instagram account however still no response.

I understand I did not pay the extra $10 for tracking but according to the “track your order” option on their website, my order has been ready since the 24 July 2026.

I need it for an event tomorrow and my order still has not arrived. I have requested a refund due to this inconvenience—A response of some sort would have been appreciated to say the least.

I absolutely loved this dress! Myra wore it for our family photo shoot, and she looked so adorable. The quality exceeded my expectation, the fabric is beautiful, well-made, and photographed perfectly.

The customer service was also amazing. They were so helpful, friendly, and made the whole experience so easy. I couldn’t be happier with our purchase and will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!

The dress was supposed to arrive 8 weeks after the order. It has now been two months and I have not received any messages from you, nor have my inquiries via email been answered.My brother's wedding is in August, and I'm afraid he won't be able to attend.

Bought 2 dresses from the UK for my flower girls, absolutely stunning! Material is so luxurious and can tell it is very good quality. I mistakenly didnt look at the delivery times so emailed them chasing my order and customer service emailed me back within the same day. I had a slight problem with the zippers on both dresses but once again customer service was 10/10, the staff were on the ball and gave me recommendations but when it still didn't fix, they reimbursed me with what my local seamstress charged to fix them up. Honestly would really recommend this company!!

I had an issue with my order but Mik and Me resolved the issue literally within a few days, and got my dress delivered to me so fast. Can’t fault the customer service and will definitely be buying more dresses as my daughter looked beautiful in her dress and was getting compliments all day.

Such beautiful dresses! My daughter wore hers for her party and truly felt like a real princess. The quality was amazing and really high end.

I made a few custom requests, like adding long sleeves, and they did everything perfectly just the way I wanted. They were so helpful and gave me different options.

Great communication, very friendly service, and the dress was delivered exactly as requested.
