I’m very disappointed with the lack of communication. I have sent multiple enquiries about an issue I have with sizing of the dress I’ve received through email and received no response or follow up. Good customer service is important and this experience has left a negative impression.

I ordered Isabella Special Occassion Dresses from Mik and Me for my daughters to wear during my wedding in October. The dresses arrived one month before the wedding and they couldn’t fit into it, Rachel was really kind and attentive to my needs and able to sort it out for me so I can return to them and place n new order as express order. Their customer service team was really responsive to my emails and it took my stress away when they can guaranteed the dresses to be made and ready to ship to me one week before my wedding. I received the dresses today and they were so beautifully made and they fit perfectly on my girls. I can’t thank them enough for all their amazing hard work to make this happen to me. I bought a dress for my daughter’s 2nd birthday and it exceeded my expectations! The fabric is soft and comfortable, perfect for a toddler, and the design is just adorable.
