I ordered a dress for my daughter for Prom. The material was cheap and the stitching was inconsistent.
The split in the dress was so high that it was indecent as my daughter couldn't move her leg without her underwear being exposed.
I contacted MillysBridal within 2 days and they replied that the dress couldn't be returned as it was made to order (not made to measure) and that the photo of the dress clearly showed that the split was from the waist although they sent me a picture of a dress on a mannequin not the advertised picture on their website.
When I insisted I wanted a refund they ghosted me and didn't reply.
A waste of £100.

Dress not as pictured nor does the size match all other same size dresses in closet. MB stated it was made to order and cannot be returned. What a joke.

Purchased a dress for my daughter’s 8th grade formal and was very disappointed in the dress. The dress sent to me was not the same as in the picture of the website. The sequins was different and you could tell.

I ordered a dress from MillyBridal. I was very nervous after I had placed the order, due to all the negative reviews. My ticket kept saying “processing” for about 10 days, I think it still says it. I submitted a few tickets asking when it would be delivered, the company responded right away. I received the dress yesterday, and it is absolutely stunning! I LOVE IT!! I will be ordering from here again.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Totally missed looking at thr reviews before purchase. Do not buy from this site. Dress will look nothing like pictured. Total scam!

WORST SCAM ON THE INTERNET! Do NOT buy from MillyBridal.org!! We ordered a dress and when it came it was NOT the same material as pictured, nor was it the right size. It's very cheap looking (even though we paid over $300!) It also took over a month to receive it. When I reached out about a return they claim they don't do returns and we're just out of luck! Do NOT fall for this scam like I did.

Absolutely terrified awaiting the arrival of my daughters prom dress after reading such horrible reviews.

Her prom is May 3rd and so far we have nothing but a “processing” on the order with no way to co tact this company.

If this dress arrives late, or not at all or if it arrives and is poor quality like reviews are stating…she will not be able to attend her senior prom as we will not be able to obtain a dress and have alterations done in time.

I’m seriously freaking out.

The absolute worst company DO NOT BUY FROM HERE IT LOOKS REAL BUT ITS SO FAKE

First, came 3 weeks late, supposed to arrive within 10 days. Already unhappy.

Came in a tacky plastic bag, A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT COLOUR AND DESIGN to what i ordered.
I need a dress for prom but I’m not turning up in this tacky disgrace, a completely different dress to what was on the website, they even added some tacking sequins to the top of the dress which were so ugly and not pictured.

WHAT AN ABSOLUTE SCAM.
I am so angry, I WANT A REFUND MILLY BRIDAL.

Do not buy from here they refused to give me my money and dress looks nothing like online at all look at the online pics and look at the pics customer service sent me and to top it off said 3 to 6 days delivery and took 2 weeks

SCAM SCAM SCAM. DO NOT ORDER. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. IGNORE THE manufactured FAKE POSITIVE COMMENTS. Ordered a dress to be here by a certain time. They took a long time to ship and didn't even ship it til the day we needed it. During that time we constantly messaged to refund money cancel order since it had not shipped. They said they won't refund till we receive it. And then they won't refund unless there's damage or whatever. I am a single mom and this spoor girl was ordering to be the date of my son for a special event. This has put so much stress on us. We dont have much money. This company DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. SCAM SCAM SCAM. THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY!!!!

They were very easy and quick to contact. Great customer service and lots of help. My dress came quicker than expected, and looks just like the picture. It’s beautiful and the sizing is perfect.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a size 2 in this dress for my daughter. I gave no measurements, but simply ordered a dress in a size 2. The dress arrived and was too large. When I reached out to make a return I was ignored until my 3rd inquiry. Then I was told to take pictures of my 11 year old daughter and prove that the dress was too big!!!! When I told them that wasn't going to happen, they responded that they couldn't grant me a return because the dress was custom made. This was not a custom made dress it required no measurements as I had simply ordered a size 2. Horrible customer service. Avoid at all cost!!!!

Really poor quality material. The sizing was good (if you order - go by measurements, not your usual size!) but the lack of communication (it was “processing” for 2 weeks), inability to return and low quality doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

DO NOT ORDER from this company!!!!You have to email about a return and they take forever to get back to you! Then they ask for pictures of a dress that was poorly made first of all. To send you an email saying even though it was not worn they will not refund because the dress is made to order. Literally have ordered the same size for 5yrs now!! They are scammers!!

I gave 4 stars because the delivery was quite a lot slower than promised. However the quality of the dress was brilliant, it was very well.made and exactly as pictured.
My daughter had very specific size needs as she was extremely thin due to illness and her Prom dress fitted perfectly. Thank you Milly Bridal.

I ordered this dress on 9/1, with a wedding date of 10/21/23, I also did custom sizing. I was terrified it wasn’t gonna make it or be good quality, but after reading reviews, I took the chance! I’M SO HAPPY I DID! This dress was absolutely stunning and it fit like a glove ♥️. I know I was probably annoying because I’d check in occasionally just to make myself feel better lol and I always got a super friendly response back! I have gotten so many compliments and I’ve also recommended several people to order from Milly Bridal! I wish I could give more than 5 ⭐️!!

“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! A wasted money on this company to receive a poorly made cheap looking dress. It didn’t even come in time for me to be able to wear it to the event it was for. Upon trying to return the dress (which has never been worn) I’ve had no luck and they keep saying that their returns department will get back to me. AN ABSOLUTE SCAM!! Don’t waste your time with this sham of a company

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If I could do 0 stars I would. I really wished I had read the reviews as the stress and waste of money is not worth it. My daughter ordered her prom dress, went by their size guide but it was way to big. Tried to return it but they just keep sending the same generic email asking to see pictures of my daughter wearing it!!!!

Dress is beautiful and good quality material
