Bought my first house through Minors and Brady, they were excellent every step of the way. Cass was the agent dealing with the after sales for us, and she was so refreshing to work alongside. She was constantly chasing solicitors to get us to completion and was calling weekly to give progress updates. Couldn't recommend enough.

When Karol valued my property he was reassuring, friendly and efficient. When I talked to Abby she was incredibly helpful and supportive. My main contact, Aysegul Capti, has been wonderful.Throughout the process she has kept me fully informed of progress, has been particularly understanding, invited questions and explained procedures in clear detail. Welcoming, efficient and responsive, Aysegul was a real help to me during the long process of moving house. She is a real credit to Minors &Brady.

Lauren was kind and helpful while showing me around, as well as very quick to update me after the viewing!

I recently had dealings with Luke at Minors and Brady regarding rental evaluation review. He made the whole process very easy for me extremely professional and made sure the whole matter past off very smoothly.

Dreadful. Won’t name the staff member and manager but the former stuffed up and the latter gaslit me saying I was bullying and harassing (assertive woman, can’t have that!). I would think twice about selling your property with these guys - they put off a genuine cash buyer through their rudeness and inability to apologise for their mistake. (Independent witness to manager conversation would confirm my version).

Minors and Brady - staff both in the office and viewings were polite and professional. I appreciate their flexibility in booking appointments and makes us feel no hassle at all. Special mention to Laura, lovely and very helpful who showed us around some properties today. She even give us few recommendations of things to consider in choosing the best house for us. Great experience all in all!

Had a viewing with Lauren from the Lowestoft branch today. I was accommodated very late on a Friday and the viewing was after 5- thanks for being flexible and arranging this.
Lauren was very helpful during the viewing and answered all questions we had.

The service provided to us by Claire Wilson was fantastic, she kept us updated throughout the process, calling us at least once a week to catch up or with any news. She was very friendly and helpful and responded to all our queries quickly.

From the initial phone call to talk about putting my property on the market, Becky Johnson has been extremely helpful, very proactive in arranging a valuation, and appointments. Becky has been in constant touch talking me through every aspect. Bradley who did the valuation has given honest feed back and discussed all aspects of the selling route. Brilliant service! I feel very confident with them selling my property.
