I just had a conversation with Beatrice Lilley - she was really lovely and informative about the properties I enquired about and also gave me additional information on other properties around the areas I am interested in.

Really good estate agency, that is pro-active, and has a brilliant hands-on approach, when it comes to clients selling, which I was. The brand, which is small, but growing in Norfolk, is a breath of fresh air, in this, otherwise, cloudy, crowded market of, so called, established estate agents. Most are just going through the paces, and not being pro-active at all. The problem, today, is Rightmove makes everyone lazy. Even though, of course, Minors & Brady use and rely upon Rightmove, they are there, too. That's what one needs.

After a shaky start with the post sale process. Molly took responsibility for the process and without her input I feel the sale may have fallen through.

Great experience and extremely impressed by Lauren Rushmere showing us around and helping us with our property hunt. She was very friendly and professional, very knowledgeable and would always give us an answer to any questions about the specific properties we viewed. She went above and beyond, so we are very happy to leave this feedback as she genuinely deserves it!

Right from the start of the process of selling my house, Lara said she would keep me informed step by step which she did every week on the phone. Lara followed up every query and ensured they were answered in a timely manner. Faultless throughout and would highly recommend Lara from Minors and Brady to anyone considering selling their property.

We were interested in viewing a property with Minors and Brady, we were met by Finlay Blankley, he was polite and able to answer ALL our question with regard to the property and offered even more information which was really helpful. Good job Fin !

Minors and brady where really helpful in there service and they respond very quick to any property's you wish to view / enquire about.
I would like to say a thank you to Jaime Paul for his help and showing me round the probertys, he was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble and he would answer any questions you may have and if he wasnt sure he will find out. And I liked his relax way of viewing probertys. There was no pushy sales talk it was just straight forward viewing and then the customer decides. Keep up the good work Jaime ! Your a good asset.

Was updated constantly, the progressors Daniel and asha was calling both solicitors on a regular basis to ensure it was completed on time to meet buyers deadline. Defiantly would recmernd

A first mention to Stuart Ellis and the BSE branch when we we first listed our home, the communication was excellent and they provided a high quality service.

Our home sold quickly and once we progressed to the conveyancing process our Aftersales Progressor Aysegul Capti looked after us incredibly well, making sure we were kept informed at each step of the way and helping keep things on track.

The service we have received from Minors and Brady put other agents we have had dealings with in the past to shame and if we would have no hesitation in using them again in the future or recommending them to friends and family members.

After a difficult few years of house sales falling through, I can not be more grateful to Aysegul for her incredible work ensuring both our house sales went through successfully. Selling two homes, one as part of a chain, meant that there were many plates to juggle and lots of people to keep informed and chase.
