From the start Minors and Brady have been excellent to deal with.

A first mention to Stuart Ellis and the BSE branch when we we first listed our home, the communication was excellent and they provided a high quality service.

Our home sold quickly and once we progressed to the conveyancing process our Aftersales Progressor Aysegul Capti looked after us incredibly well, making sure we were kept informed at each step of the way and helping keep things on track.

The service we have received from Minors and Brady put other agents we have had dealings with in the past to shame and if we would have no hesitation in using them again in the future or recommending them to friends and family members.

After a difficult few years of house sales falling through, I can not be more grateful to Aysegul for her incredible work ensuring both our house sales went through successfully. Selling two homes, one as part of a chain, meant that there were many plates to juggle and lots of people to keep informed and chase. Aysegul's communication with us was outstanding and really helped to reassure us throughout that she was there to ensure that we would finally be successful in selling our homes. She was always at the end of the phone and responded to emails, many times, within minutes of them being sent. She also showed great kindness and compassion throughout and was so supportive. I can not recommend Minors and Brady more, as they have the most incredible after sales person in Aysegul. My thanks too to Dan who ensured we were given the best person to get our house sold.

Brooklyn Smith who managed my tenancy set up was very helpful and kind especially when the experience I was having with Goodlord was the opposite of kind and helpful and he stepped into ensure referencing got completed in time for the move. He was always friendly to speak to and even dealt well with my letting off some steam about Goodlord! I wish him well in his future career.

I cannot thank Holly at Minors and Brady enough for the kindness, understanding and support she has shown me throughout my tenancy. She has always been approachable, patient and genuinely caring.

I have also been incredibly fortunate to have such a wonderful landlord who has been understanding, considerate and tended to any maintaince work l raised no matter how silly it sounded 🤭throughout my time in the property.

M&B have been a a great managing agent since moving my property over to them in 2025 - always quick with responses and emails and only come to me with genuine issues that need my input.

Brooklyn has been great with the setup of my most recent tenancy, the process has been seamless.

I would definitely recommend Minors & Brady to sell your house from start to finish even selling our house and it falling through but selling it again very quickly . All the way through they kept us informed and the after sales service was excellent Jessica Kemp dealt with this and would get back to me asap if there was an issue . Highly recommended .

Although short notice was given due to travelling distance they were very accommodating in viewing times. Also, Jessica Kemp, our point of contact kept us in touch with regular updates.

Louise really helped push through the process of buying my flat. She had to do a lot of chasing different solicitors and paperwork due to some adjustments in the deed and did such an amazing job, very much appreciated her months of work and patience.

Fantastic service all round. Good understanding of my property needs, quick and professional viewing booking and Comms, easy to follow tenant vetting and referencing process, clear paperwork and quick key collection. I havent rented a property for 25 years so was apprehensive as to the process.....but no need, quick easy and moved in. Sam and the team were absolutely first class.

Brooklyn was the most personable and helpful estate agent I have delt with to date. A fantastic experience all thanks to him.
