2 weeks gone and I still waiting my order, it was promised to be delivered on 23th of February to Ireland, according to DPD my package is since 21st of February in Belgium where was taken from France. I hope it will arrive next week because if not I will claim refund. Be aware that this company is extremly lazy and if you order ensure that you do it via paypal, otherwise they gonna ignore you

reason that I gave 2 stars and not 1 is because the parts are relatively cheap

You sent me wrong parts: Front brake discs and wiper blades does not fit to my car despite you provided on your site it will fit.

I ordered a relatively expensive (~€850) suspension kit from Mister-Auto on the 1st of February for a BMW. I spoke to someone over the phone first to ensure stock before ordering. I was told that it was in stock and I could place the order. Delivery would be estimated for the 11th so I went back to the app and placed the order. On the 7th, I noticed that the item hadn't been dispatched and made a quick call to find out it was being dispatched that day, I was also offered a refund if I had felt I was waiting too long during the call which I didn't need. I had a message later, as promised, from Mister-Auto to confirm that it was dispatched. I was able to track the item online. The kit arrived today in Ireland (14th). I am very impressed with the customer service and will order again. Delivery was one day late but this was down to the local courier here.

Wish I had read this beforehand which I normally do!
Same complaint here. Still waiting on my order. Site said within a week. Then when I bought it it moved to 3 weeks. Was supposed to have arrived on 25th January. No sign of it or any contact from them in a way of an update or apology. Buyer beware!!!

Ok Now I know this is some kind of scamming website. When I posted the above review my order was cancelled without so mush as a hello or explanation as to why. The cost of the item ordered was reimbursed. The cost of the shipping was NOT reimbursed. Here in lies the scam. Never knew you could ship nothing and be charged for it!!!

I'm waiting on an order. it's in Belgium for the last 5 days hasn't moved. Its like there hanging the phone up when I call. I managed to speak to someone this morning and as I was reading out my parcel number I was cut off. I have my doubts on how legit they are.

I never received my part. Customer service is impossible to reach. Seems like they not picking up their phone on purpose. I can see my package never left France. DPD FRANCE told me that they only gonna deal with the sender. Now I am without money and without my part. A lot of trouble if it goes wrong..Impossible to contact them!

Terrible customer service. Wrong parts delivered twice. Added cost time and frustration. Avoid this UK company pretending to be Irish.

They're great if everthing goes well but a nightmare to get a return or refund off. Beware !!

Ordered a front passenger side window regulator which wasn't delivered on time and when it did come it was the wrong side. Sent it back and never received a refund. Emailed them more times about it, just to be flopped off each time. I thought i was ordering from an Irish company due to it being Mister Auto.ie but its an English company sourcing parts from France and Germany. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced, nothing professional about this company and just very misleading.
Take my advice, read the reviews on here and take note. I didn't and unfortunately i got screwed over.

I wouldn't rate them lower if i could but certainly will never deal with them again. Good luck to anyone who does.

GOT A REPLY FROM MISTER AUTO AND ITS THE SAME RUBBISH THEY HAVE BEEN EMAILING ME. JUST AUTOMATED EMAILS WITH NO ASSISTANCE OR HELP BEHIND THEM. TELLING ME TO CONTACT A CONTACT EMAIL WHICH THEY NEVER REPLY FROM. THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE 11TH JANUARY.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND PEOPLE NOT TO ORDER FROM THEM AS THEY HAVE NO REGARD FOR THEIR CUSTOMER, THE PART I RECEIVED AND RETURNED WAS OF POOR QUALITY, NOT EVEN AN IRISH COMPANY AND JUST WASTED MY TIME.

I SHOULD HAVE WENT WITH MICKS GARAGE AS I WOULD HAVE GOT MY PART IN A FEW DAYS AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A HUNDRED PERCENT. THEY ALSO HAVE GREAT REVIEWS.

MISTER AUTO WILL NOT RESOLVE THEIR MISTAKES AND YOU'LL MOST LIKELY WAIT WEEKS FOR THE WRONG PART. AVOID AT ALL COST.
PART RETURNED 3 WEEKS AGO AND STILL NO REFUND.

21st February update.
Parts ordered before Christmas and sent back after them sending the wrong part. They are denying that they haven't received that returned part and still no refund was issued.
Avoid at all costs.

Not an Irish company do not use. Ordered part before Christmas which i assumed was the right part as I put in the reg. Turns out to be for left hand drive car which it did not say on the website. Have sent two emails to try to sort out sending item back and they are not giving me any information. This company is the worst.
If you read this how do I sent back item for refund. This is a disgrace no one replies to emails so don't even bother saying please contact us and we will be happy to help you. This is rubbish. I want a direct phone number.

Ordered the wrong part myself, but then was advised the "right" part by someone at Mister Auto, for twice the price, only for this to be wrong too. Subsequently the returns process is very long, it took 2 weeks for the returning parts to be received, and now they tell me it will be 17 business days for a refund to be processed... a joke in this day & age. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN

Avoid at all costs my partner ordered a clutch for her car they sent wrong clutch which she returned now they won't refund her because accusing her of clutch being mounted on car which never happened still awaiting refund before we escalate to small claims court avoid this company at all costs

NEVER USE MISTERAUTO!!! Package is currently 8 days late after paying for express postage, multiple dates given for delivery and still hasn't arrived, loads of bad reviews!!!

Stay away if you need parts any time soon. My expected delivery date was a week ago and the parts are still traveling around Europe with the courier.

After reading so many mixed reviews I was sceptical, but i can truly recommend seller.

Mister auto deleted my comments and blocked me on face book .Thats their customer service at its best . So now i am using a new fb account. Have contact ed liveline and hope to be aired this week . Under NO circumstance should anyone use this company . I did and am so sorry. TUNE IN TO JOE DUFFY TOMORROW AS I AM CONTACTING HIM . I SIMPLE ordered a drivers door window regulator as per description for a right hand drive paid for express post . Recieved 2 weeks later . It gets worse returned item and emailed Mister auto pointing out the mistake on their website but it still is wrong . Got refunded postage BUT
IT GETS WORSE I reordered a different brand (well i wasnt going order left when i wanted right on origional brand ) paid €18.99 for Express postage (2days) and Guess what . Arrived 6 days later BUT it gets EVEN WORSE it was for the wrong side again even though when i contacted "customer service"(what a joke") it was acknowledged that i ordered correct one . BUT HANG ON IT GETS EVEN WORSE . MISTER AUTO CUSTOMER SERVICE SAID I CAN RETURN WRONG PNE AGAIN AND WILL BE REFUNDED WITHIN 17DAYS OF ITS RETURN
AND WAIT FOR IT I CAN ORDER THE CORRECT ONE AND PAY A 3RD TOME FOR SAME PART . AS I STILL HAVNT GOT REFUND FROM FIRST WRONG ONE .. am now waiting 48 hrs without reply have called 6 times and left 3 messages . They have not even issued return labels for 2nd wrong part. Steer clear everyone .

Ordered of them in the past without issue. This time I never received the parts, DPD claims they delivered which they didn't. Absolutely no satisfaction from either Mister Auto or DPD. Avoid at all costs. No parts and money lost

I ordered the goods on 01/12/2021, it was packed on 06/12, it was supposed to be at my place on 10/12. and it is still in belgium ... I doubt if I will receive it this month. unreliable information about the delivery time ...
but the goods arrived after 3 days from the scheduled delivery ... however, there is poor communication, it is not updated where the goods are at the time. .. so I generally rate this company quite positively ...

I stupidly gave mister auto the benefit of the doubt and ordered again, this time the order never turned up at all,
im still waiting for refund, for compensation they said if you order from us again we will give you free delivery.
