Moginie James - Cyncoed Reviews

Elli was great from start to Finnish to getting our process sorted ASAP. Elli was so welcoming on arrival and answered any questions we had about the property, she then helped us get all the admin done so smoothly and communicated any other inquiries we had well to the landlord themself. Overall it was a really smooth experience with little hassle moving, and great customer service too!

Amazing customer service! It is the first time for me and my partner to move in together and it has been such a great experience especially with the help from Elli Mai Collins. From enquiring about the property to moving in she has been excellent throughout as she always made us feel welcomed to ask about anything.

My experience with Mogine James from Elli-Mai has been amazing from start right up until the tenants moved in. I have been so impressed with Moginie James' service since we put our house up for rent. It has been a completely new and scary experience for us and quite daunting to put your trust in other people to look after your property but the team at Moginie James have been so thorough and have kept us in the loop through every part of the process. Karolina has been our main person of contact and she has been fantastic. From our first meeting I was impressed with her professionalism and friendly down to earth personality. She has called me anytime there has been updates and I have complete faith in her to do things right for us! I can highly recommend them to anyone!

The team know the business and market well.
