Ho acquistato un telefono da MondoAffari tramite la piattaforma ReFurBed e fin dall’inizio ho avuto problemi con la batteria, che funziona in modo assolutamente inadeguato, persino peggio del mio vecchio telefono di 6 anni e mezzo.

L’assistenza di MondoAffari è stata assolutamente non disponibile: hanno negato che ci fossero problemi, dicendo che il telefono era a posto e volendo restituirmelo così com’è, senza offrire alcuna soluzione concreta.

La garanzia aggiuntiva di 30 mesi che avevo acquistato si è rivelata inutilizzabile, perché di fatto negata dall’azienda.

Un’esperienza frustrante e deludente, che personalmente non rifarei. Una stellina solo perché non si può dare meno, ma per me sarebbe meritatamente zero.

I really wish I had read all the reviews here before trading in my Samsung S7 tablet. As others have alluded to, the company is awful and your device will be graded as grade C so they can offer you the lowest possible amount.

The company has a policy of low balling anyone who trades in a device regardless of condition, sight that the device show signs of wear. When I say signs of wear they mean even the slightest hint it has been used.

Oneplus should be ashamed of using such an awful and unscrupulous company, after such a bad experience I now actually want to return the Oneplus Pad 3 I bought.

How companies are able to operate like this beggars believe, it is an absolute disgrace and they’re scamming customers out of the real value of their devices. Avoid them at all costs

Se potessi darei ZERO STELLE !!!! Ho acquistato tramite piattaforma di Ebay da questo commerciante, una stufetta elettrica che aveva la ventola interna COMPLETAMENTE ROTTA !! Lascio solo immaginare ad ogni lettore la pericolosità di accendere un dispositivo elettrico in casa propria con parti interne inerenti al funzionamento DANNEGGIATE non conformi e sicure !!! Da subito ho effettuato tutte le foto del caso e contattato questo venditore. Da subito si è dimostrato assolutamente non veritiero sulle informazioni. Affermava che il prodotto, fosse ricondizionato (come avevo letto nell'inserzione e come ho già acquistati decine di articoli di questo tipo) e perfettamente funzionante e che io valutato solo PICCOLI GRAFFI ESTETICI nella parte esterna !!! Nonostante le palette interne della VENTOLA DI AEREAZIONE fossero rotte !! Il piccolo elettrodomestico NON SI PUÒ NEANCHE ACCENDERE altrimenti si rischia una scossa elettrica !!! Morale.. ho aperto subito una pratica di contestazione a PayPal con i quali mi son sempre trovata benissimo da oltre 11 anni che lo utilizzo, per correttezza nel tutelare i consumatori. Ho fatto quindi il reso e proceduto con tutte le foto e documenti necessari a PayPal per i dovuti controlli. Nonostante ciò, il
venditore Mondoaffari non voleva concedermi il rimborso.. affermando che se lo volevo dovevo chiudere la contestazione aperta con PayPal !! Cosa che non ho fatto, dato che faccio un lavoro simile per il recupero crediti e so come funziona tutto ciò. E da questo si capisce la loro poca onestà nel volere procedere ai danni dei compratori !! Morale PayPal ha chiuso la pratica a mio favore, con il rimborso concesso. E io ho segnalato alla piattaforma Ebay la disonestà di questo commerciante e altrettanto spero che i prossimi acquirenti prima leggano queste recensioni da chi come me è stato ingannato !! Non acquistare da loro !!!

Total scam. On receving my device they reduced the offer by 200 for simply having marks on the usb-c connector and some marks on the back edge. This was a second hand device, OnePlus open just 7 months old, what did they expect , perfection. For this reason I would not recommend buying OnePlus using the trade in. Infact I will never buy OnePlus agan.

My experience with this company has been appalling. They have been hostile at every communication, continually dodged my simple questions and acted in complete contradiction to their quoted ISO 9001 certification.

The device rating system, and value quotations, that they present prior to sending the device is much more generous than the actual offers that they pay out, and I expect that most people end up just accepting the final offer due to the extortionate cost of having the device sent back to you.

I would highly recommend ignoring any trade in offers that they present, and sell a device to a well known local company.

Sehr sehr schlechter Service, ich habe ein Handy über Refurbed in Exzellenter Option bestellt, war auch alles ok, es war ein Geschenk und nach 3 Monaten schaltet sich das Handy immer neu und fährt nicht mehr hoch, nach zurücksenden des Handys nach Mondo Affari nach Italien keine Reaktion oder Info zum Bearbeitung stand, Refurbed tut alles schon gutes aber diese Firma sollte Refurbed canceln, ich warte schon über 2 Wochen und keine Antwort.

They came as subcontractors of One Plus website. They had a great deal. You sale your old tablet and get discount but.... First you must meet Mondo affari.

Bought an refurbed Xiaomi 11t pro and received / came just 2 days later, completely discharged. Got it started and right away noticed that the WiFi not working and can't be turned on. (Damage motherboard) I want refund.

Mein Handy wurde bei einem Trade-in nicht nachvollziehbar viel schlechter eingestuft. Es war bei mir mir nur mit Schutzhülle und Glas in Nutzung. Ja, es hatte Mikrokratzer, aber so hatte ich es eingestuft. Von Mondo Affari wurden aber dann Beulen!!!! und ein eingebranntes Display als Rückstufung benannt. Die Erstattung war lächerlich. Die Rücksendung auf meine Kosten, wenn ich das Angebot nicht annehme sollte 26€ betragen. Sorry, aber das Geschäftsmodell sollte niemand mehr unterstützen. Für mich klarer Betrug am Kunden den Oneplus nicht mehr unterstützen sollte.

Ich könnte Minus Sterne vergeben.
Ein gerade einmal 2 Jahre altes Google Pixel Pro7 verkauft, dass auf dem Weg nach Italien aus seinem Originalkarton rausgefallen ist, aber in einem relativ weichen Karton versendet war, wurde von mir mit minimalen Spuren angeboten und von denen mit "erheblichen Gebrauchsspuren" eingestuft.

Da man bedingungsgemäß das Smartphone auf eigene Kosten zurückverlangen kann, ist der Aufwand und Kosten zu groß, als das sich das lohnen würde-wissen sie dort ganz genau und dann werden Spuren des Kartons, die man leicht mit einem Lappen wegwischen könnte, zu Kratzern.

Somit schließe ich mich hier jeder 2. Bewertung an und warne vor dieser Firma. Einmal und nie wieder.

Non amo scrivere recensioni negative, ma lo faccio per mettere in guardia altri da possibili truffe. Ho acquistato tramite Amazon un forno venduto da questa impresa: è arrivato completamente deformato nella parte superiore e rigato sui lati, quindi totalmente inutilizzabile. Dopo aver inviato diverse foto, il venditore ha rifiutato di procedere al rimborso sostenendo che il prodotto era “a posto”.
Non mi era mai capitata un’esperienza simile. Purtroppo, leggendo ora le altre recensioni, mi rendo conto che si tratta di un comportamento truffaldino ricorrente. Avrei dovuto controllare prima.

Terrible company try to scam u when u trade in a device

Attenzione: sito truffaldino! Ho pagato 181,97 € e non ho mai ricevuto nulla. Ho fornito anche i miei dati personali. Truffa segnalata alla Polizia Postale.

Peggior esperienza di acquisto degli ultimi anni. Ho ordinato un monitor descritto come ricondizionato in buone condizioni. Quello che ho ricevuto era un rottame malamente rattoppato, con un angolo distrutto, plastica spaccata, display sollevato e completamente inutilizzabile senza telecomando, che ovviamente non era incluso.

La cosa più scandalosa? Il telecomando è essenziale per accendere, configurare e usare il monitor, ma loro se ne lavano le mani dicendo che “gli accessori non sono garantiti”. Un monitor che non si può usare non è un prodotto, è una truffa legalizzata.

Alle mie richieste di supporto, hanno risposto sempre con lo stesso messaggio preconfezionato, ignorando ogni prova fotografica, ogni appello al buon senso e alla logica.
Un comportamento arrogante, scorretto e disonesto, da venditori che non dovrebbero nemmeno stare online.

Ho dovuto perdere tempo, lavoro e pazienza per cercare una soluzione civile che loro hanno sistematicamente evitato, costringendomi a lasciare questa recensione per avvisare gli altri.

💣 Evitateli come la peste. Sono la perfetta incarnazione dell'e-commerce tossico.
Vendono spazzatura riciclata, la spacciano per ricondizionata, e poi spariscono dietro messaggi automatici.

Well lucky i came on here i'm in the process of sending a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra to them as a trade in for a Oneplus 13R.I was offered £500 for it but i'm not going to chance sending it to them only to be scammed.Will sell it locally.

Acquistata una lavastoviglie i primi di aprile, ad oggi (26 luglio) non abbiamo né la lavastoviglie né il rimborso.
Chiamato spesso e volentieri il gentilissimo call center dice che aprirà una pratica, che si scusano, e sicuramente si faranno sentire loro.
Ovviamente abbiamo contattato un avvocato, piuttosto che lasciare 250€ a loro preferisco spenderli in spese legali.
