Samsung te ofrece un plan Renove muy atractivo entregando tu antiguo dispositivo. En mi caso era un Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra y según la página me ofrecían hasta 450 €. Este dispositivo estaba en perfectas condiciones, excepto alguna rozadura en la carcasas, cosa natural después de 3 años de uso.
La sorpresa llegó cuando me escribieron para decirme que, tras analizarlo, me daban únicamente 46 €. Alegaron "EL DISPOSITIVO MUESTRA SIGNOS EVIDENTES DE DESGASTE - EL DISPOSITIVO TIENE EL BOTON DE ENCENDIDO / VOLUMEN / INICIO NO FUNCIONA" y me enviaron un vídeo e imágenes. En el vídeo se veía perfectamente como el móvil se encendía sin problema y unos pequeños arañazos en la pantalla y en la carcasa. Los arañazos en la pantalla no los tenía cuando lo envíe y para demostrarlo les envíe unas fotos que hice justo antes de enviarlo. Además, dije que en el vídeo no se apreciaba ningún problema con el botón.
Sin embargo, se mantuvieron en sus trece e incluso llegaron a decir que la tapa trasera también estaba desprendida. Así que solicité que me devolvieran el móvil, tal como me ofrecieron.
Cuando este llegó, pude comprobar que la pantalla seguía sin arañazos y se lo hice saber enviándoles una nueva foto. Pero de nuevo, me dijeron que "El botón de encendido está atascado, la carcasa está desgastada, la pantalla está rayada y la tapa trasera está desprendida y desgastada (evidencias ya proporcionadas)".
Después he sabido que en Italia y la OCU lo estaban investigando por prácticas abusivas y por conducta engañosa.

Ero rimasto che oltre alle tempistiche imbarazzanti, call center irraggiungibili e cellulare ricondizionato arrivato rotto, dopo che è passato più di un mese e si è concordato per cambiarlo con un Samsung S24 , pagando la differeza dovuta, cosa mi è arrivato? Un S23.
Da evitare tutta la vita....

Muy mal por Samsung por utilizar los servicios de esta empresa en su página web. La tasación que ofrecen es mentira, y luego al recibir el producto ofrecen muchísimo menos, infravalorandolo y haciendole perder a uno el tiempo. Me han ofrecido más del doble en Cash Converters.
Eso sí, la atención al cliente es correcta, responden de manera muy educada y bastante rápido.

MUY INSATISFECHO CON MONDO SAFARI
He quedado tremendamente insatisfecho con Mondo Affari. Compré un Samsung Galaxy S26 nuevo, confiando en que me dieran por mi antiguo Galaxy S23, en perfecto estado, en torno a 300 euros como decían. Samsung trabaja con Mondo Affari, que me lo valoró en 79 euros. Mandándome unas fotos con unos rascacitos en los bordes insignificantes. Un sin sentido total ya que está en perfecto estado, pantalla, lentes y funcionamiento perfecto. Tengo fotos y vídeos que así lo demuestran. Rechacé la oferta y espero que se me devuelva mi terminal tal y como lo envie. No se trata del dinero, se trata de que me he sentido engañado totalmente.

Ho acquistato una lavastoviglie grado A+ ed e’ arrivata mancante del pannello frontale. Ho fatto presente che un oggetto mancante di pezzi non puo’ essere venduto come A+, ma secondo loro va tutto bene. Nessuna logica nelle risposte da parte dell’assistenza. Pessimo venditore

I so wish I had read reviews.. sent a mobile working well expecting to get £50 for it.. They tried firstly saying it was the wrong IMEI number.. it wasn't.. then they claimed a stain on screen...and sent a photo which AI described as a reflection ..The screen and the mobile were working ok.. screen perfect.. I so regret it.. don't use them

Avoid Mondo Affari at all costs if you’re planning a OnePlus trade-in.

They lure you in with a decent initial quote, then once they receive your device, suddenly it’s “damaged” — even when it absolutely isn’t. The value drops massively with little to no proper explanation or evidence.

Trying to challenge it? Good luck. Communication is practically non-existent. Emails get ignored, and you’re left with zero transparency throughout the whole process.

Then comes the worst part — if you refuse their revised offer and want your phone back, they charge you to return your own device. So you’re basically forced into accepting a lowball price or paying out of pocket.

It feels completely one-sided and borderline deceptive. I would strongly advise anyone to stay well clear.

La tasacion inicial no sirve de nada. Cuando les llega el dispositivo, lo devaluan un 30% alegando falsamente que tiene desperfectos. Ellos mismos te aportan las fotos pero no se aprecia ni un rasguño, todo perfecto pero te bajan el importe.

Por otro lado, al abrir el paquete con el cutter, han cortado la caja original. Ahora he rechazado la oferta y solicitado la devolucion de mi dispositivo. Me llega con la caja original rajada por ellos.

Ellos niegan haberla rajado y se mantienen en que el dispositivo tiene desperfectos. Me extraña que Samsung trabaje con este tipo de "empresas".

Mi è stato regalato un telefono Samsung comprato in questo sito e si è rotto lo schermo un mese dopo, non avendo fattura non posso neanche mandarlo alla casa madre Samsung a sistemare e il vetro da ricambio non si trova da nessuna parte

Se potessi dare 0 stelle lo farei. Esperienza pessima! Acquistato asciugatrice ricondizionata, arrivata con la copertura in plastica divelta, trovata lanuggine nel filtro e acqua nella vaschetta. Questa è una vera truffa; hanno rivenduto un prodotto danneggiato senza nemmeno metterci mano. Evitate di fare acquisti!

As every other bad review states - this process was part of the OnePlus trade in process. Just don't do it. Sell your phone privately, give it to cex whatever just do not use this. They will always reduce the price of the trade in and hold you over a barrell. I traded in an honor magic 7 pro that had never ever been out of its case in the 7 months of its life - they reduced it by £30. It just feels absolutely pointless to do that but the alternative was to pay £27 to send the phone back to me. The main reason for the bad review though, is just how long the process is. I bought my OnePlus phone in NOVEMBER and got the money for my trade in in FEBRUARY. Absurd. Oneplus - you need to find a different affiliate.

Habe ein Handy eingeschickt mit Macken an den Ecken, was ich so auch angegeben habe.
Man hat den Preis von 160€ auf 79€ gesenkt und gesagt es hätte erhebliche Schäden. Absolute Frechheit!
Habe das Handy für 27€ zurück geholt und von einem anderen Anbieter 172€ bekommen. Ich dachte ich mache es mir einfach beim Kauf eines oneplus direkt dort auch zu verkaufen, war ein riesen Fehler.
Für alle die den Fehler auch gemacht haben, zurück holen macht auf jeden Fall Sinn, lasst euch nicht von denen abziehen.

Un desastre. Envié mi antiguo teléfono, en un estado impecable. Recibí la valoración por correo, más baja que lo esperado, fotos y video adjuntados, donde se ve solo polvo, sin ningun arañazo, ni desprendimientos, ni abolladuras, tal cual su descripción para el Grado A (lo que no era mi valoración). Intenté comunicarme por correo con ellos, pero me respondía la IA. Intenté llamar, "las lineas están ocupadas". Tras más que una semana intentando... me rendi.

No manden su dispositivo a ellos, es una estafa. Mejor venderlo por privado. World Business SRL son una estafa.

This company are disingenuous. I provided my device as part of the OnePlus trade in. The phone had never been out of a case and had no marks on it. They claim there are 'signs of use'. When asked for where they just refer to some pictures. Even though they took show no signs of use. It's incredibly unclear.
On the basis of their assessment they reduce their offer price. The only option you have then is to pay EUR27 to have the device returned.

They have consumers trapped. They are conducting unfair business.

Por un Z Flip 5 que estaba cotizado en primera instancia en 300 eur, con el teléfono funcionando perfectamente, sus accesorios originales (si con detalles como pantalla rajada), me han cotizado finalmente 5 euros (si, 5 euros). Pedí que me lo devuelvan, y solo me devolvieron el teléfono, sin su cable. Al reclamar el cable, me dicen que no estaba en el paquete y me envian un video del unboxing, en donde se ve que abren la caja y retiran el teléfono y no miran que más hay en la caja. Tener mucho cuidado, son muy poco serios.

Am liebsten würde ich Null Sterne geben, diese Unternehmen ist ein Witz ...

Ich habe bei eine Eintausch-Aktion von OnePlus teilgenommen, wollte bzw. habe meine iPhone 13 in eine sehr guten Zustand dort hingeschickt. Das Einzige Manko ist die Batterie, was bei einem 4-5 Jahre alten Handy nicht ausbleibt, aber es wurde auch keinerlei Information diesbezüglich beim Trade-In erfragt, nur der optische Zustand des Geräts.
Leider war der Akku auch das Problem, jetzt muss ich 27€ Rücksende-Kosten zahlen wegen eines vermeidbaren 'Fehler', mir war auch leider nicht bewusst das es bis nach Italien geschifft wird, erst als es zu spät war. Man könnte sowas ganz einfach verhindern indem man einfach eine Abfrage dessen macht, da ich mir sicher bin das ich nicht die Einzige Person mit diesem Problem bin/war.
Zu dem ganzen Bohei kommt auch noch das die angegeben Bankdaten von Mondo Affari, an die ich das Rückgeld senden muss, scheinbar einfach nicht stimmen & meine Bank mir eine Überweisung garnicht erst erlaubt ... Das Problem hatte ich auch noch nie.

All-in-Alll würde ich sehr davon Abraten seine Gerät dort hinzuschicken oder den Trade-In-Service von OnePlus zu nutzen, auch wenn es verlockenden ist mit zusätzlichem Bonus usw.
