An dreadful site. Avoid at all costs. Two days ago, I requested a withdrawal and it still hasn't been approved. When it is finally approved, I will have to wait 3-5 working days for it to hit my bank account, even though my bank supports faster visa payments. Customer service emails take up to 72 hours to respond. The games are normally empty with very few bonus rounds. Once my withdrawal is in my bank account, I will be closing my account!

I withdrew £80 only to find it didn’t go in my bank account but went back in the moon bingo account
Stay away awful site and the customer service is bad
Ted bingo is also the same site spend hundreds on there won £200 pound and i didn’t receive it

I joined moon bingo a few weeks back have deposited hundreds got nothing back, there's no excitement you just know you are not going to win anything, maybe not the same for others but for me total disappointment ive cancelled my account all take no give I would avoid, probably worst site I've played on.

Just joined and I find it ok. I don't take the bonus on deposit and only play with my own money and I have withdrawn £280 so waiting for that. Will update

yes, i got some money from it and im happy about that. HOWEVER. 1am friday i was withdrawing, it took them till monday to even process it. In the interim i emailed to ask why and if this could be expidiated, i was given a badly translated email tellingme that on or 'near' weekends it would take longer to process as they only did this on buisness days. ok, fair enough, bit outdated but ok. HOWEVER, today at ..what..10am i thought i would give them a second chance..withdrew a fair amount before 12 noon. still hasnt been processed at 3am next day so wont be seeing that till at least thursday. poor show compared to other site transfer times. I mean when they say ' on or near wekends' does that mean they only process 3 days a week?
i know they need to make money but surely they dont need to hold onto our funds for THAT long for interest?

I joined chatmag bingo which is part of the moon bingo group. I won 2490 and withdrew the winnings. As nothing hit my account i chatted with them they gave me some excuse about using a card on my account that wasn't even there and the only card that was they said they did not use. They then said i had to wait another week for my money complete rubbish. Wrote to them repeatedly never respond. DO NOT play on any of their sites. They are quick to take your money but do not pay out

Well I've just joined moon bingo. Am not happy. I did deposit 10.00. So everytime I went to play bingo . It took my money. But everytime it was crashing the games. It's really annoying. I havent had 1 full game where it didnt crash

Takes a long time to get your winnings I withdrew on a Thurs and got it the following weds. Not very good. Some sites are so quick or next day or same day. The wins on the slots are very limited too doesn't happen much

Joined moonbingo last week and cannot fault it. Any dealings I have had have been dealt with right away. Had a big win at the end of the week and it was in my account for today. They also emailed me congratulating me and are sending out a wee hamper!

I put £10 on this bingo site and the first two games were cancelled but still took my stake. Wrote two emails one from site one from gmail never got a reply. Went back on site only 8 players playing played last £4 and won four pounds odd and didn't appear in my account. I think this site is pants. I also didn't get my free spins. It says phone line is open 9-1. When you ring its 11 -11 but not available at this time. Has anybody else experienced these problems.

I Have a lot of issues since joining and various occasions contacted live chat but was not helped deposited 10pound a few daysago
And had problems with games kept crashing and not resuming play again deposited today 21\5\20furthermore it just took my10 full worst received 8 games beatbobbies upon spinning 1at spin it crashed and said site unsafe reload cleared cache eff and returned to game noresume play and supported chat help was unavailable itried again 2nd spin same happened ihad 5 spins left ofwhich was not going to waste and waited tospeak support on live chat told me that spinshave been played .adamant had 5spinsleft tonoavail wasgietting help regards this .queried why kept getting site \was a godaddy site unsafe and 3're party .and no help 20 pound later not one game play played without messing reloading I was so upset why thiswas happens tome and quick enough was you to take deposit already to have nofun play or little and time just a nightmare it's upsetting and trying to explAin myself on live chats appeared hopeless and chat advisor was very uninvolved to pursue this and was gave phone number to moon bingo before icouldcsay phone lines appear down still due to cover19 chat ended I don't want to complain but I was upset regards this mess

I have never ever had any issues with moon bingo if anything they have all ways been happy to help no matter the time especially Matt goes above and beyond to help everytime we need more people like you !!!

Avoid. Refuse to respond to me about a withdrawal i made over 5 weeks ago now. Completely unacceptable. I have sent all documentation they have asked for but have received no updates in over a month

What a nightmare of a sight .No bingo, scripts longer than War & Peace and booting you out every ten mins.
Trying to log in is a loop ,but strangely enough they can still let you deposit.
Exactly the same set up as Ted bingo which crashed every time you had a decent win .They really need to get their act together or be looked at .
