Friendly salesman very efficient handover

Our car had been in an accident (not our fault) and declared a write-off. We had to get another vehicle while we still had a courtesy car. When we went to MRG Chippenham the salesman (Ethan) could not have been more helpful. He even advised us on the write off value of our old vehicle.

We only visited MRG late on the Friday afternoon and drove away with a fantastic vehicle on the following Monday morning. All the paperwork was sorted out quickly and with the minimum of fuss.

Sold my two Puma STs via motorway. MRG bought them both. Easy straight forward from start to finish. Outstanding financed cleared before cars were started up and any extra cash transferred straight to personal account also. Lisa and Stuart who came to collect the cars were polite and friendly.
