I am a very satisfied customer, Katie was very helpful and efficient with my door issue, she kept me informed at all times. The fitter Gyunay was also very friendly and left the area very clean. It’s also very good to know we have a product that will be supported in the future. Thank you Munster.

I had a small problem to sort out with 2 of my 3 new windows. I made an appointment with Munster Joinery and their fitter, Adam txt me 30 mins before he arrived to confirm that he was coming. He arrived right on time. He was very friendly and professional and sorted the problem out within 10 minutes. He even attended to my other window, which was not showing signs of a problem, as a precaution. Great service - over and above!

Horrific company. Avoid at all costs. Windows and doors incorrectly fitted. Paid upfront. Refuse to fix or even answer calls and texts. Would give zero stars if possible. Cowboys. Avoid at all costs.

Excellent product and first class service from design through to installation.

I was really impressed by the technician who attended. Friendly attitude, considerate and more importantly, fixed the problem very quickly.

Jordan arrived promptly and quickly and efficiently replaced the window in question for us. He was polite and extremely helpful, an asset to your company!

A really positive experience with Artur the engineer’s service.

We bought a house with bifold doors and sash windows. The bifold doors were not working very well and one of the windows was jamming.

The company organised a service appointment that was convenient for us. A really knowledgeable engineer, Artur could not have been more helpful.

We didn’t think the bifold doors would ever open properly. They were stiff. The lock didn’t line up, the insulation had some issues etc.

Artur got to work and systematically went through everything. He cleaned and lined up the doors and lock properly. Same systematic process with the window.

It’s been a week and everything is working really well so far. We love our bifold doors now. Such excellent after-care service.

I would recommend this company based on the look and feel of their products and their after-care service.

Stay away from this company!
We had a clear warranty case with them, and they just refuse to honour their written warranty. The company installed windows in our property and the ones next door at the same time. Over a few years, four of the windows spontaneously shattered. This was clearly a product fault. This fault was clearly covered by their warranty conditions.
When called, they simply stated that they "don't do glass on warranty". When I insisted that their warranty stated otherwise, first they argued, and their customer service told me to write an email, with Attention to Management. I did. Five times. Nothing. They completely ignored me. They only repaired the window after demanding payment upfront, charge a callout charge twice (against their own information), and were incredibly rude in interactions. We had to go ahead since we needed the window repaired. But we felt like being blackmailed. We ended up paying them, twice for callout, for something that was clearly under warranty. Twice.
Avoid them if you can.

I'd give the product and service from this company no star rating if possible! From April this year having a rep out to get my front and back door changed to accommodate my Son coming home after an accident in a wheelchair, measurements and details taken and took the rep over 6 weeks to put in the order. On 6th of May I paid my deposit and I was still ringing and chasing them for a fitting date. Never a call back even though I was promised so many times. New doors eventually fitted at end of June and when I arrived home to see them I was horrified! Panels not flush and rubber seals torn and damaged on back door, as for the front door. 🙈 Torn, damaged, scratches, deep rips, pvc coating lifting, defects on glass, pvc paint on glass, rubber seals lifting out. Service rep eventually came out at end of June and said there was absolutely nothing that could be done to repair doors they were destroyed, said new doors would have to be replaced. Company then closed for the month of July and I started chasing them again after August bank holiday. Promised I'd get a call back to let me know what's been done. Never happened. Last week, 15th August, sent them email and contacted my Solicitor. Got phone call 5 days later from rep and there's agreeing to return my deposit on the day I get a new company to install new doors and munster joinery take away there's. Not even willing to try and resolve problems. I've had nothing but an extra burden and headache dealing with munster joinery!

I rarely post reviews here, but I felt it is so easy to complain, and this engineer stood out for such excellent service. Barry from Munster Joinery attended our property to address some issues with our windows.
After our initial appointment was cancelled at short notice the previous week, and having recently moved into a new build where we’ve met many tradespeople, we were feeling somewhat apprehensive. Meeting Barry was a refreshing experience.
Barry was everything you could hope for in a service engineer: friendly, courteous, and highly professional. From automatically removing his shoes before entering, to using a dust sheet to protect surfaces, to taking the time to explain how our windows should work, he demonstrated exceptional attention to detail and care in all aspects of his work. He clearly distinguished what were genuine issues and what weren’t, addressing everything he could with skill and efficiency.
While we were already happy with our windows, aside from some small glitches, meeting Barry made a real difference. His approach left me very confident in recommending Munster Joinery to others.

I would give a minus if it were possible. Inherited Munster via a new build - the patio doors installation and seals around other doors are shocking. They make appointments to come and fix but simply don't turn up. Very rude to me when I called to try and reschedule (they wouldn't). The site manager here is going bananas. I'm having to repeatedly rearrange appointments with the blind installer and plastics repairer (to repair to damage the doors are inflicting on the sill through their poor fit). They are an appalling company to deal with.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! If I could give minus stars I would. We moved into our new build home in January 2025. We have a total of 24 windows downstairs, of which 19 were damaged. This included scratches in the glass, the thermal protection as well as dirty fingerprints and glue splatters between the double glazing. A very rude and arrogant representative came out to assess, and after discussing NHBC guidelines, agreed to change 17 of the 19 windows. He then went back to his manager and told them he had only agreed 15 and this is what was ordered. When the 15 arrived to be fitted, 7 of these were damaged. We complained several times, including about the rudeness of the rep, however they thought it appropriate to try and send him back to refit the new windows despite our complaint. We are now 6 months later and have I heard anything from them about our complaint? Nope. Nothing. You would get better customer service and service recovery from a gnat!! Tom the manager, promised our development site manager that he would be in touch with us after I complained to them that they should cut their contract and find another window provider... funnily enough, I didn't hear from him either. DISGUSTING and shows a real lack of care towards their customers.

AVOID THIS COMPANY IF YOU CAN AT ALL COSTS, 3 YEAR OLD WINDOWS FITTED WITHIN A BELLWAY BUILD. LARGE 2000 BY 800 MM PANEL SPONTANEOUSLY SHATTERED ON THE INSIDE PANEL
I PAID £110 FOR AN ENGINEER TO ATTEND AND THEY WANT A FURTER £365.61 TO FIX THE SEALED UNIT.
IM GETTING A LOCAL GLAZER TO DO IT AS I WONT TRUST THEM ONE BIT

Chris was super efficient and professional all throughout. Did a great job and even cleaned up after he was done. Definitely recommend!

Firstly I need to say thanks to you and your planning team, they turned our booking around In 24 hours.

Secondly- Adam the engineer. He was professional, smart, intelligent and went above and beyond in helping with the issue. He had a lot of jobs to do today and still took the time and patience to sort the issue out. I would like Munster to know he is an asset to the company and I would highly highly recommend Munster as a result. He is a Fantastic gentlemen.
