Excellent remote service
Though everything was done remotely, it still felt like we were dealing with real people competent in their jobs. The initial remote consultation was particularly good. The documents created were refreshingly free of jargon and easy to understand. Today marks the end of the process. Putting LPAs in place takes time but it's been well worth it.

Recommend for service and vslue
We live near the office so chose to go to the office rather than on zoom, which they accommodated and were very welcoming.
Very professional and complete service and we would completely recommend this company. Gave us good advice for both our will’s and LPA’s. Also good value for money, compared to using a solicitor.

I was sorting on behalf of my elderly parent, quite happy to deal with me and take payment. Heard absolutely nothing for months so I contacted them and received an extremely rude reply. Would not use them again and wished I read previous reviews before I did, very unprofessional considering their business.....
If it's the case you are not allowed to speak to me, this most certainly wasnt the case when I provided all initial information and you took payment. You only have my email address as my 90yr old Dad hasn't got access to one and not once have you provided an update to the situation or advised if the matter is complete so when I have to contact you, I wouldn't expect such a rude response!!!! Had i received updates, this would have been unnecessary.....as stated, my Dad will ring tomorrow and I shall be looking into reimbursement.

We are sorry that you feel our response was rude. However, you have been advised on several occasions that you are not the client in this matter and, as such, we cannot discuss the details of the case with you or disclose any information to you.
We will not breach GDPR or disregard our professional obligations simply because you have left a negative review. Our responsibility is to protect our client’s confidentiality and follow the appropriate procedures, regardless of whether that is frustrating for you.
If you consider us maintaining those boundaries to be rude, then we apologise that you feel that way, but our position will not change.

Responding to my review with totally…
Responding to my review with totally INCORRECT points, firstly I did NOT say the appointment offered was not convenient (time and day wise it would have been perfect. MWQ's third party ukim is exactly that a third party, NOT someone i have a contractual obligation with, if MWQ want to use a third party that is up to them but they must legally take responsibility for the lack of work. Since all this messing around I finally received a promise of a refund but that still hasn't materialised, they are quick to take your money, don't do anything and expect customers to put up with it. USE ANY OTHER FIRM. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!

Dear Mr Draper
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We however, we would like to clarify the situation.
You have received a full refund. We confirmed this to you directly on multiple occasions, each time with documented evidence. The issue unfortunately lay with your own bank. You have declined to include this in your review and have still not informed us that monies have been traced and received.
So we find ourselves in the unusual position of responding to a negative review that is, at its heart, a complaint about getting your money back.
We're genuinely pleased the refund reached you. We just wish that outcome felt like the resolution it clearly is. We understand you may have hoped Visa or the SWW would take a different view of matters. They reviewed the facts and evidence available and reached their conclusions independently. We respect those processes, and we're comfortable with the results they produced.
We wish you all the best.
Best wishes,
Vicki Rolland TEP LLB (Hons) LLM MSWW

I found this company on line.
I found this company through another web site. Having been left adrift by three other companies. I found this company most helpful . Their instructions to me were easy to follow . There was a fault on one of the pages but they gave me further help and the problem was solved. I have passed their details on to friends.
