Good once they spelt my name correctly
Once my name was spelt correctly and another basic error was corrected things improved. It was a slow process to completion as one niece was being very difficult and in the end was removed as a potential trustee. So in the end it was a positive experience.

Professional, trustworthy advice and plans
I lost my Husband a year ago, and having not had any experience with after death correspondence, I searched online for some Help
I rang MWQ Estate Planners and my adviser, Alex, talked me through the process
His very professional advice and honest information made the decision to put my trust in him very easy
I have since taken out several plans with MWQ and I have recommended family and friends to use their services
If you are unsure of how to cope with ensuring a secure financial future for your family, I would highly recommend you speak to Alex at MWQ Estate Planning

i am glad that i have been able to get my views heard
I have found my experience with this company shoddy and not very helpful, lack of oversight and poor communication, not returning my calls sending incorrect information even when I have sent emails to correct information it still comes back with errors. Missing my approved documents and having to find them manually leading to delay in getting probate sent to courts and me incurring costs. They don’t respond or apologise for errors they don’t call to see how things are or if they can help. I have had to find things out for myself along the way and query issues that they could easily have prompted me for or advised accordingly. I would not recommend this company
Since i posted this review I am glad that someone from management has now reached out to me and that i was helped and listen to by Alex who took the time to listen to my complaints and feedback. I am now able to say that hopefully the matters i raised have now on the way to being resolved and that i can now feel a bit more reassured

Dear Debbie,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're genuinely sorry to hear that you felt unsupported during what we know can be an incredibly stressful time, and we want to address your concerns with the care and transparency they deserve.
We completed two separate matters on your behalf — the Court of Protection process, which was finalised in November 2024, and the probate application, which has also now been produced for your signature. We're pleased both have reached resolution, though we fully understand that the journey to get there felt frustrating for you.
Regarding the probate process, we can see there was a point during the drafting stage where progress stalled on our end, as we weren't aware that you had finished reviewing your documents within the portal. We recognise that navigating a new system while managing such significant personal matters is not easy, and we're sorry if the guidance available — including our portal walkthrough videos — didn't make that step as clear as it should have been.
We do want to reassure you that our team's intent throughout has been to support you as efficiently as possible, and we regret that this wasn't always how it felt in practice.
If you'd like to discuss any outstanding concerns directly, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Best wishes,
