MW Vehicle Contracts Reviews

Scarlett was very proficient in finding me a van at short notice and expediting the process, knowing that another company had let me down completely with their lead time.

Gabby and Kaisey the 2 ladies that I dealt with throughout could of been no more helpful than they where.

They where always quick to reply to emails and could answer all the questions that I had.

I would happily recommend MW Vehicle Contracts to anyone.

Fantastic service highly recommend

Would like to thank my contacts Joe and Kaisey, for a brilliant, friendly and professional service!!
All queries & questions answered quickly, and nothing was too much trouble. Vehicle drop off by Chris was great, they all made the whole experience seamless.
Very happy with the new vehicle.
Will be back in contact,
Kind regards,
Dave

Scarlett was really helpful didn’t pester me like the other company’s and it was such a quick process made my life easier would highly recommend thanks again

Always helpful with anything asked of them

The consultative nature of my account manager Scarlett and her team made me feel in complete control at all moments in our dealings. At no point did I feel steered towards any particular vehicular solution. I was given the information needed to form a birds-eye understanding of the different vehicular and financing options available and so facilitated me coming to an independent decision based solely on the needs of my newly incorporated firm. I found the professionalism of their client-centric approach both authentic and refreshing.

As my firms need continue to expand, Scarlett and her team have made a solid case for MW to be my first point of contact in the future. I would highly recommend the services of this firm to others.

Brilliant help and advice, Rory and Caitlin both brilliant and super helpful. Nothing ever to much trouble for them.

They did exactly what they said and we’re very professional and polite

Joe Spinks and his team are great people to work with and always get the deal done without stress

Made purchasing my new truck easy. Scarlett was knowledgeable professional and honest. Would definitely buy from here again and recommend to others. Thank you

Scarlett and Joe were brilliant throughout. Scarlett was incredibly patient with my constant questions and helped me select the vehicle ideal to my requirements. And Joe helped me through all the stages of finance and vehicle delivery. Very professional, thanks so much MWVC.

I was told my van would be ready in November but I didn’t get the van until the following March. They never really had an answer to where my van actually was just kept telling me it was in the port for months. And then the day of delivery of the van i took the day off work to take the delivery but the women phoned me at around 3/4pm to tell me she had sent the delivery driver to the wrong address and it would then be delivered on the Monday so not only did I then loose two days money I had to also mess around customers. I did get told I would be compensated but nothing ever came of it.

It was great working with MW Vehicle Contracts. It was my first time buying a higher purchase vehicle so I had a lot of questions and I was unsure at times. Rory was there every step of the way answering all my questions and reassuring me every step of the way.

The process was straightforward from my first day enquiry to the delivery of my vehicle it was seamless.

I highly recommend MVW Vehicle Contracts.

Thank you for everything Kieron Edwards

As always go that extra mile in order to help. Excellent communications

Vehicle was dirty, the rear load liner was defective which took a week for them to come back and agree it needs replacing but now I have to go and get it replaced in my own time! This is a brand new vehicle, worst new vehicle experience I have ever had! Ford have refused to replace the load liner and repaired it which was defective again a few days later. After many back and forth's with Ford they have now agreed to replace the load liner which can take up to 6 months due to shortage in parts! The car should not have been delivered to me in this state! I would never use this company again.

Great service from start to finish now I’ve got my new van! Jody, Cullompton

It was very good and will definitely buy again.

Special thanks to Jack who worked tirelessly to get me the deal that was tailored for me. Much to-ing and fro-ing occurred and he stayed very professional and patient.

I now drive the truck i wanted at an acceptable price. I will be a returning customer.

Great to deal with simply the best
