Service from start to finish was excellent. Designed at beginning of June by Bob Grimsley who was extremely thorough, friendly and professional during his visit, taking the time to ensure I was fully informed of what to expect during the full process and happy with the choices of doors, colour, handles etc, and there were plenty to choose from.
Then came the Surveyor, James Woodward who again was extremely professional in checking over the measurements and providing a breakdown of the payment steps and what happens next, from ordering furniture to installation.
The payment process is very straightforward too.
The wardrobes were fitted in 3 rooms across 3 days by Brett Shard who worked none stop. Excellent fitter who left each area extremely tidy. Would highly recommend.
I'm just awaiting a replacement door as the angle was mis-measured which is no big deal as I've already been contacted to say it's been ordered and will be contacted again soon when ready to fit.
Overall excellent service and very happy with the quality and look of my wardrobes.
Will definitely use again.

We recently had a media wall made for our home by My Fitted Bedroom, and once again we are very pleased with the finished result.
We have been using My Fitted Bedroom for a number of years now, and they have completed fitted furniture in around nine rooms in our home.
A special mention must go to Mark England, our salesman, who has always been our first point of contact for all of our projects over the years. Mark has been very understanding of our needs and takes the time to listen to what we are looking for. His helpful and accommodating approach has been one of the main reasons we have felt confident returning to My Fitted Bedroom for project after project.
Our fitter, Andy (B248256), has also worked on our home over the years and has once again done a great job with the media wall. Andy is hardworking, highly energetic and gets on with the job efficiently. He clearly takes pride in his work, and we have always been impressed with his workmanship and the quality of the finished result.
The new media wall looks fantastic and has really transformed the room. After having furniture fitted in nine rooms, the fact that we continue to return speaks for itself.

I contacted MyFittedBedroom to order bespoke wardrobes for my bedroom, and so far I’ve been really happy with the whole experience. Communication has been great, and everything has been well organised from the start.
The first visit was arranged quickly and at a time that suited me. Dean G., the design specialist, arrived on time and was very friendly and professional. He took the time to listen to my ideas and what I wanted, and he made sure everything was included in the design. He also gave me some really helpful suggestions about the best options for my bedroom, as well as advice on fixtures and colours.
The whole process has been very smooth and straightforward. The paperwork was completed quickly, and my survey has already been booked for the near future.

Company Sales rep was able to provide a Drawing to Customers EXACT SPECIFICATIONS. Company Sales Rep expalained the quality of the product.
Sales Rep. Explain clearly how the process moving forward clearly and gave an afordable pricing quote and payment option to suit. This was quite low in comparison to other quotes.
The Delivery of Wadrobes was okay. The drivers were very friendly.
The Fitter was Excellent. No Damage and left the room clean when he finished assembling.
The Door Handles were Beutifull. Add a Touch of Glamer to the Finish.
THE FITTED WARDROBE SYSTEM WAS LOOKING GRAND.

Walls damaged and they do not care!
Do not buy from My fitted bedroom! As stated by multiple other complaints, their after care is shocking. We have had our property damaged in multiple locations by their fitters. Walls have been damaged all around the upstairs and hallways showing no care or respect has been given at all to our brand new home. I raised the hole in our ceiling and other damages straight away, to which their customer service team is happy to put full blame on us as the buyer. By signing the paperwork and T&C’s you take full responsibility in their poor workmanship and damages in your home…
We wasn’t given a heads up by the fitters about any damages and it’s clearly acceptable by the company that they just put holes in walls and knowingly put all blame to the paying customer. When asking the customer service team how is it acceptable, they said it isn’t. So why out the responsibility to pay for all the damages on the customer if it isn’t acceptable?…
To top it all off, the fitters were given a key and clearly instructed to lock our property. We came home to an open door, key left upstairs, holes in ceiling and damaged walls in our brand new home. If having the damage and open door wasn’t enough, we’ve had to fill holes in the cupboards ourselves as wasn’t installed when fitted and the mess the fitters left on our driveway was also very disappointing. Left garage open and asked them with clear instructions to leave cuttings in there and instead they just left it on our driveway.
We should have gone elsewhere, where our property and custom is valued! No one should pay the price they do with this company, to get the service and damages in your home.
