I recently had the pleasure of dealing with Bobby, and I honestly could not be happier with the service I received. From the very beginning, he was incredibly friendly, polite and professional. He took the time to listen to what I needed and made sure I felt comfortable and well looked after throughout the whole process.
Bobby was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and he really helped me make the right decision when it came to choosing the colour for my bedroom wardrobe. His advice was excellent, and he took the time to understand what I was looking for and what would work best for my bedroom.
His communication was excellent throughout. He explained everything clearly, was patient with all my questions, and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. He was approachable, genuinely caring and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
It’s not often you come across someone who provides such wonderful customer service. Bobby is a real credit to your company, and I really appreciate all his help. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending him to anyone. Thank you, Bobby, for all your help and for making the whole experience such a positive one. Thank you

Overall I am extremely impressed with the completed wardrobes. The surveyor was very good and overcame the problems of a very steep and tight staircase very well. The delivery men were very friendly and efficient and Brett the fitter was superb, hard working and professional. The only problem was the processes. Documentation going backwards and forwards for electronic signatures. From ordering in late June to completion in early September is a long process.

Thank you for taking the time to leave such detailed and constructive feedback.
We're delighted to hear that you're extremely impressed with your completed wardrobes. It's particularly pleasing to know that our surveyor was able to find a solution to the challenges presented by your steep and tight staircase, and that our delivery team provided such friendly and efficient service.
We're also thrilled to hear your comments about Brett. Describing him as superb, hardworking and professional is a fantastic compliment, and we'll be sure to pass your feedback on to him.
We do, however, appreciate your comments regarding the length of the overall process and the amount of documentation requiring electronic signatures. We understand that the journey from ordering in late June through to completion in early September felt longer and more cumbersome than it should have, and your feedback will help us look at ways we can make this part of the customer experience smoother.
Most importantly, we're very pleased that the finished wardrobes have lived up to your expectations.
Thank you for choosing My Fitted Bedroom, and we hope you enjoy your new wardrobes for many years to come.

Very disappointing experience with My…
Very disappointing experience with My Fitted Bedroom.
I purchased understairs fitted furniture through My Fitted Bedroom, with the survey and installation being handled by We Fit Any Furniture.
Unfortunately, there have been several significant errors with my order. I paid an additional £500 for shaker-style doors, but plain doors were delivered instead. The doors were also the wrong size and did not fit, and two of the four pull-out shelves were supplied to the wrong dimensions.
What has made the experience more frustrating is the lack of communication and ownership. I had to chase by both phone and email to understand how the issues would be resolved, and when I eventually received a response from the installation team, there was no apology....
Instead I was told that the incorrect sizing had arisen because the understairs space had not been removed at the time of the survey. This had never been communicated to me as a requirement, either before or during the survey. The purpose of having a professional survey is surely to assess the space properly and ensure the correct dimensions are taken before the furniture is manufactured.
If the surveyor was unable to measure accurately because of the existing structure, I would have expected this to be identified and clearly explained at the time rather than the order proceeding on incorrect measurements.
The replacement doors and shelves are now being arranged, but I have been advised that the new doors will take approximately 15 working days to arrive, meaning the installation cannot be completed as originally planned and another visit will be required.
Given the amount I have paid, I expected much better quality control, communication and overall customer service from My Fitted Bedroom and the companies working on their behalf.

Antwoord van My Fitted Bedroom - Fitted Wardrobe Specialists
Thank you for taking the time to provide such detailed feedback. We are very sorry that your experience has fallen short of the standard you should expect from My Fitted Bedroom.
We completely understand your frustration, particularly given that you specifically paid for Shaker-style doors and received the incorrect door style, alongside the dimensional issues with the doors and pull-out shelves. We also recognise your concerns regarding the communication once these issues became apparent, and we accept that we should have taken greater ownership in explaining what had happened and how matters would be resolved.
For some context regarding the measurements, the survey was carried out before the planned rip-out of the existing under-stairs area had been completed. The measurements taken by our surveyor therefore had to be based on the space as it existed at the time. Once the rip-out was subsequently completed, some of those dimensions changed. We were working to a particularly tight timescale and were doing our best to keep the project on schedule; however, with hindsight, the correct course of action would have been to postpone and rebook the survey once the area had been fully prepared. We appreciate that this should also have been communicated more clearly to you.
We are currently dealing directly with you and arranging the necessary replacement doors and shelves, together with the return visit required to complete the installation. We appreciate that this means an additional wait and another appointment that you had not anticipated, and we apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.
Our priority now is to ensure that the correct replacement items are manufactured and that your under-stairs furniture is completed to the standard originally expected. Your comments regarding quality control, the survey process and communication have also been noted and will be reviewed with the teams involved.
Thank you for your patience while we put matters right. We hope that once the return visit has been completed, the finished furniture will meet your original expectations.
