We're delighted to hear that you were so pleased with your experience from start to finish and particularly with Bret's workmanship. Calling him a “master carpenter” is a wonderful compliment, and we'll make sure your comments are passed on to him.
It's great to hear how Bret went above and beyond, not only completing your fitted furniture to a high standard but also helping with the fire and creating a bespoke TV stand to solve a problem in the room. That kind of care, craftsmanship and willingness to find a practical solution is exactly what we love to hear about.
Thank you for your fantastic recommendation and for choosing My Fitted Bedroom. We hope you enjoy the finished room for many years to come.

- my experience has been nothing short of horrific my appointment was delayed by over one hour with 8 mins notice and i was assured i would have received my drawings and quotes by Tuesday/ Wednesday having followed up on Thursday having received neither I was met with what can only be described as a very curt response and it is now Friday evening and still nothing - trust pilot review also incoming although looking at them I am clearly not alone.
What a disappointment

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We're very sorry to read about your experience and completely understand your frustration.
Being given only eight minutes' notice of a delay of over an hour is clearly not the level of service we aim to provide. Equally, having been advised that your drawings and quotation would be with you by Tuesday or Wednesday, you should not then have needed to chase us for an update.
We're also concerned to hear how you felt your follow-up enquiry was handled. Regardless of the reason for the delay, you should have received a helpful and courteous response explaining what was happening and when you could expect to receive your design.
Please accept our apologies for the disappointment and frustration caused.

This is the third time we have used My fitted bedroom, each time they have created exactly what we asked for, our two bedrooms and front room, the two work men who worked so hard and made our new fitted wardrobes were Ben and Chris, they were extremely polite and respectful and also very clean, highly recommend them, my parents also used them and were equally as thrilled, so I would definitely recommend my fitted bedroom, honestly you won’t be disappointed!!!

Unfriendly!
Rang about wardrobes for a flat. I was initially told the minimum spend was 2,500. I rang back as changed my mind and wanted to spend that much. However, the lady now said the minimum send was 3,000. Seemed like she was disregarding because because I had a budget! Quite rude, not friendly. I rang on the 3rd August! Anyway I went with Wren fitted wardrobes! Who had an exceptional service!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We're sorry to hear that your experience with us did not meet your expectations.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive different information regarding our minimum order value. Our minimum project value can vary depending on location and installation requirements, but we appreciate that this should have been explained clearly from the outset to avoid any confusion.
We're particularly sorry to read that you felt your budget was disregarded or that our service came across as unfriendly. That is certainly not the experience we want any prospective customer to have, and we'll share your comments with the team as part of our ongoing training and review process.
While we're naturally disappointed that we didn't have the opportunity to work with you, we do appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback and wish you all the best with your new fitted wardrobes.

The most amazing experience & outcome
Today we had the completion of our daughter’s bedroom by My Fitted Bedroom, and from start to finish the whole process was seamless.
We began by working with Dean, the designer, who really brought our vision to life. My daughter knew exactly what she wanted, and Dean helped turn her ideas into a beautiful design. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. Every conversation was helpful, and any questions we had were answered quickly and efficiently.
We then had Stuart come out to complete the survey. He was lovely and made sure everything was measured and planned perfectly, ready for the installation.
Finally, Andy fitted the wardrobes, and he did an amazing job. He was a pleasure to have in our home, and we felt completely comfortable leaving him to continue working while we went about our day. His workmanship was outstanding, and the attention to detail was second to none.
The finished wardrobes are absolutely incredible and exceeded everything we had hoped for. My daughter is over the moon with them, and so are we. The beautiful doors, pull-down rails, shoe compartments, and stunning glass mirrored section all make the room feel so special.
From beginning to end, the whole experience was fantastic. We would highly recommend My Fitted Bedroom to anyone looking for high-quality fitted furniture and exceptional customer service. We’re already looking forward to planning our other bedrooms and having My Fitted Bedroom back again!

Awful
Awful - this is my second d experience with this company - first was fab - second awful fitting so messy, scratched furniture, soiled with marks, even took a chunk out of my window ledge and didn’t tell us! Complained 5 days ago and nothing resolved even though I’ve called twice a day. I’m £20k down and have a seriously sub standard product. If I could put pics on here I would - please let me know how as people need to see this. Court is next.
