I couldn't be happier with my experience.

I was initially a bit sceptical about ordering through a company that acts as the middleman between the Italian manufacturer and the customer, but I needn't have worried. From day one, they were incredibly helpful, guiding me through the whole process, from choosing the right TV unit and colour combinations to finalising the design and placing the order.

What really sets them apart is their customer service. When there was an issue with part of my order, they dealt with it immediately and replaced one of the units free of charge, with no arguments or hassle. That level of after-sales support is rare these days and honestly exceeded my expectations.

The quality of the furniture is fantastic, and the finished TV unit looks absolutely stunning in my home. A special thank you to the owner, Andrea, who was always available, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect.

If you're looking for high-quality Italian furniture and a company that stands behind what they sell, I would highly recommend them. A five-star experience from start to finish.

The communication was super helpful and concise. And the table was delivered as promised before Christmas, would absolutely purchase another piece of furniture when needed.

Fantastic service and stunning tree skirt.
It was extremely hard to find a tree skirt large enough to fit our tree stand. So happy I came across 'My Italian Living'..

The two recliners I ordered arrived within a few days of ordering. They are very stylish & I love them. However, I noticed a few scratches & scuffs. I contacted Andrea who explained that this is very unusual. Andrea immediately resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Absolutely outstanding, good old fashioned customer service! Great help and advice from Andrea. Table arrived in good time, if you are not a DIY person I would recommend paying MIL to have your item built ! Very pleased with the table, very good quality and solid !

Ordered the product online having never seen it so a bit of a risk but the quality is immense and just love the table - a fab addition to my home and was immediately happy when I saw it, worth every penny etc.

Worth the slightly long lead time too.

Only thing I'd say is please get a better financing partner than Klarma - rates too high which made me have to part ways with a chunk of cash up front.

We were very lucky to be in contact with Alessandra as we were looking for an Italian book case / tv unit. The customer service and experience we received was simply exceptional! She was attentive, prompt to reply and always professional. Always willing to make changes if we were not satisfied and she ensured we got a bespoke offer and service. We ordered a tv unit from My Italian Living. The whole process from start to finish was great. Andrea has been very helpful throughout. The delivery was punctual and the product is amazing. I love it. I would also like to mention Marco (who assembled the unit) who was very attentive to each detail and did an amazing job. Highly recommended!
