The service i received from italianliving was next to nothing. I ordered my table which i have to say was at an amazing price compared to the market. Very stylish simple dining table. I will list what excellent service i received
1) i wanted to order the table with white legs but they did not have a picture online with white legs. i contacted the team at italianliving by telephone and they emailed me a picture, informed me of what material it was made of.
2) they kept me abreast of the timeframe for when my table was going to be delivered. When they were told of a delay they called me and emailed me to inform me as to whether i still wanted to continue with the order which was great. I informed them that i did but that as i was disappointed that i would have to wait another month or so and i asked them that i could wait on the agreement that they deliver the table to my front door. Jelani who i spoke to and emailed was nothing but appreciative that i still wanted the table and they offered to not only deliver it to my door but also have it put together by the delivery man.
3) the table was delivered to me at a time which was convenient for myself and the delivery man was very good, he came in to my flat, took off his shoes at my kind request and set up the table in no time.
4) and the table is absolutely amazing, the quality is to a high level and i am soon pleased with it. I couldn't have gotten a better table anywhere else.

Please people do not fear buying anything from this online store as the quality is amazing.

Emails are replied to rapidly with good, friendly communication. Item took a little longer than expected but we had no problem at all and would use again, and recommend.

Myitalianliving.com were extremely helpful & patient and helped me design some fantastic wardrobes. No matter how many times I changed my mind, they just updated the drawings & priced things up. the quality is fantastic. would not hesitate in going back to them :)

We ordered the chairs for our kitchen online and due to the factory annual holiday we were aware that we would have to wait.
All this was explained prior to order.

Fantastic company. I have never been to their showroom, have only dealt with them via email and phone, but what can I say. I have only praise for this company. I recently carried out extensive work in my house at the same time changing from rather dated papered walls to more contemporary painted plaster walls
As part of the upstairs revamp I decided I would like to change the style of my beds from wooden-frame to wrought-iron frame but struggled to see anything suitably inspiring in the showrooms I visited locally.
Whilst trawling on the internet I chanced on the My Italian Living website. The classic and contemporary Italian bed designs were extensive and varied and all very beautiful and I was immediately hooked
I ended up buying two beds of different design for my large and small bedrooms and am so pleased with them both. The price is more than the wrought-iron beds seen in the showrooms earlier but the Italian beds are in a different league as regards quality, workmanship and aesthetic beauty.
I am absolutely 100% delighted with my purchase and would recommend anyone to buy in confidence from My Italian Living. The assistance given in the ordering and delivery process was first-class
with nothing too much trouble

Having bought furniture online before with other companies, I was a little sceptical about doing it again, but My Italian Living have restored my faith!
The website was very informative and easy to use. The lady who answered was extremely friendly and helpful, offering loads of information about the furniture, she obviously knows her stuff! I agreed a delivery date with her and it turned up on the day and in perfect order! The furniture is of very high quality, matching the description on the website and that given by the staff. I could not be more pleased!
I will definitely recommend this company to my family and friends as I am positive they will get the same worry free service! Very refreshing these days I must say!

We recently received our new storage bed and bedside cabinets which we really love. The quality is excellent and we are more than happy with this purchase, in fact it looks even better in our home than in the showroom. Furniture arrived on the day agreed and everything looked good when it arrived. A couples of days after delivery I noticed a small piece of wood had splintered on one of the bedside cabinets legs , caused during the delivery process. I contacted My Italin Living and after sending in photos the complete bedside cabinet was replaced within 2 weeks. All I can say is that quality and service have been excellent from this company.

As my old sofa decided it couldn't take any more and finally died, i dreaded the thought of trawling through superstore after superstore for a new sofa, that I would no doubt hate within a year. As i was researching online i came across the My Italian living website and suddenly i was far more excited about what i could get. It all seemed a bit too good to be true initially as I had seen similar sofas elsewhere at a FAR higher price. After receiving a really prompt response to my initial email questions, i asked for some samples and was astounded by the quality and price. The staff were friendly, and most importantly knew what they were talking about! they listened to what i wanted and only gave me relevant suggestions, unlike a lot of other retailers.not only am i happy with my sofa i purchased, but i actually had a nice experience. rare, and highly recommended!

Hi. I bought a king size bed from Veneran in fabric upholstery. Looks fantastic, very contemporary and sturdy, I have it for some time already, looks like new :)

I've made two separate purchases for 2 bits of furniture. In the first one I have ordered transparent plastic garden chairs in the other one coffee table for my living room. Items have been delivered in 4 weeks instead of 6, I am very pleased with my new bits of furniture.

After finding this company online, I spend some time in contact with them till I chose which TV unit and dining table to buy. The large choice of catalogues was great, all of the furniture was sleek, and I ended up fitting the whole living room with items from these guys. I’ve been following myitalianliving on facebook since its launch last year and seen its website range grow. I’ve been looking at replacing bedroom furniture in three rooms in my house and identified some brilliant products from this company. She has been very patient with me and is clearly a professional with a good technical knowledge of the product range and design possibilities and not pushy in any way. She has given me some very sound advice with regards to materials and colours to suit my situation. I was looking for a cradle for my newborn baby , I wanted something that is bigger than a Moses basket and maybe with some convertible options so we decided to purchase the Tribeca cradle by Hugs Factory . It arrived very fast and the quality is superb , very fine design and it converts into a very stylish highchair , it also can be used as a toy box once the baby is older . I was a little anxious about ordering online, especially as the item I wanted was quite expensive. I did check out the site and there were good reviews, so I went ahead. Everything was very easy; I telephoned the office in London, was sent a sample, to match colour; this was useful and I did then order. The process went smoothly, all the details were clear and the delivery was earlier than the date given. The delivery men were efficient, helpful and ensured all was well before leaving. The item ( set of drawers) is perfect for what we wanted and I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending My Italian Living. The next time we are considering buying furniture we would certainly think immediately of this company - especially as we do like their modern, well- designed range.
