Very difficult to speak to staff and when you do they try and sell you extra miles and also charge you double your original amount monthly payments not a great start to driving as I’m paying £300 a month for insurance but get messages each week with threatens of cancellation for mileage also the mileage they put on is incorrect to what is actually the case

Avoid at all costs if you are a young insurer especially…
They decided to cancel my policy 10 months in due to high risk driving speeding 47mph in a 30mph zone (quoted driving over 50% over the legal limit)
although that was fair they are demanding me to pay the rest of the 2 months of the premium plus a cancellation fee which does not make any sense why i am paying when they cancelled the policy and is not enforceable under the provisions of the consumer rights act 2015 regardless of terms and conditions
getting paid for 2 months when they have had no risk??
con artists please for your own sake avoid seen many other similar reviews online with similar issues.
