I like the discounts available on n experiences like concert tickets. The only thing is I can't recommend it to anyone except to say if you see this thing pop up then sign up. It would be nice to have a referral link. Also be nice to have more airlines.

Not a good site to be with as they take money from your account and you don’t get the £20 off as the site doesn’t come up so I have lost a lot of money and it’s not easy to cancel it they say 0800 number there is no charge for but haven’t given the number and it will take at least 10 days and more via email if I had it sent a letter by post could take a lot longer so not a good site to be with seems like a scam. All the time I have been a member I have never received a penny back as the page never loads I tried cancelling with no luck but now you email me with a phone number. To cancel but not a word of giving back the money they have taken off my credit card disgusting for several months please people be careful out there.

Another Swiss based criminal activity.
Sorry to say this but these people are an offshoot of crooked Swiss based company that has a parasitical way of hitching a ride on proper web sites and you lose a modest sum every month for ever! It's happend to me twice with different bogus websites in the past two months and spoken to my bank which stopped the first one and I fully intend to stop this one today. This is not a case of buyer bewhere because this crooked company creeps in under the radar of another company. Change your debit card!
By the way completeservice.co.uk didn't really work for them via Switzerland so cash.mytimerewards.com or .co.uk is a new one with a bit of a front in the UK. I kind of lets see if it works with a minor attempt at a UK office. This is really dangerous.
I've just got the bank to stop them - again. I'am not going to help them by knowing how I spot them. They would only change again just like a virus - computer virus.
A top tip is this outfit pops up when you do online shop at the Iceland food store.
Last point if this is the virus mutating I am the white cell and my mission is to track it when it changes its spots.

Discriminative policy - only got UK residents
The company offers a welcome bonus and promotes it without mentioning that it is only available for UK residents.
Besides that, they also do not accept Revolut bank accounts without having that mentioned anywhere in their Terms&Conditions.
This is a dishonest behavior, in my view and I would have not interacted with them if I knew that from the start.

Maybe not illegal, but definitely unethical
On pressing submit to make a purchase from Debenhams - my first online purchase from them, this webpage popped up immediately with a big display about money back on a subsequent purchase. It looks exactly as a 'within company' offer like Nectar or Tesco club card might look. It suggests a big discount on a future purchase. The positioning of this message is deceiving, leaving the purchaser to just click the boxes to opt in. It flies on the coat tails of a purchase from a legitimate business. Yes, you have to enter bank details - which you have just done when you made the purchase anyway, so why not enter again, if it's Debenhams, and get the cashback? Problem is, there is NOTHING to indicate that this is an entirely different company. The name, 'My Time Rewards', is of course displayed but it gives the appearance of their own reward scheme. Instead it's a PAYABLE reward scheme which will take money from your account on a monthly basis thereafter. Yes, there might just be some (very) small print explaining some of this but that alone is not enough. It should be clearer that you are being transferred to a different company for the offer - which of course leaves Debenhams at fault too - assuming they are aware of this. It should be made much clearer that this company DOES NOT represent Debenhams and that monthly costs are involved. As the title here says, probably not illegal, but it's not ethical to 'entice' people to commit in such a covert manner. Hopefully this will make more people aware.

Thank you for using the first two paragraphs of your response to promote your company; I'm sure you will benefit from that!
As for the remainder, I admit I voluntarily entered my personal details - but only because I was under the impression that I was doing it as a continuation of my transaction with Debenhams. I would have closed the browser if I had thought otherwise. I admit that I might have overlooked any T&Cs in the small print - we all lead busy lives. I would have been more inclined to read T&Cs from a company not known to me - but I already know and trust Debenhams. You need to be much more explicit in the larger print about who you are.
To reiterate, my complaint is about the mode of presentation being unethical. You will no doubt have made sure you are not breaking any laws but I find this marketing approach offensive.
I expect that all the sign up info you have given here is factually correct but this is about the context and your intent on promoting your company in this way. I just want to warn anyone else who finds themselves in my position.

Makes me laugh how many ppl on here are chatting bubbles as you can only sign up by entering all your details and your card details too, as I have redone it to get the welcome rewards then ditch it before the next payment is taken, you just have to work it properly I made the full amount of cashback £250 just this month buying Xmas shopping too. I’ll cancel the membership now and resign up for my little ones bday. Come on ppl you know you’ve signed up for the £20 welcome bonus and £18 monthly bonus which is free for the first month and even times I have kept an account it pays for its self as I choose boohoo and just order a £1 bobble or £2 top and get the monthly bonus so the account is paid for!! The I get 10% most places including just eat, deliveroo and for my Morrisons shop and other shops for when it my children’s birthdays anyway and no other cashback sites offer as much cashback as these.
I will say sometimes I have to send the receipt emails over and over as they say they cannot accept it but that is the only email receipt I can send them but I am persistent and always get paid within the 10working days the advertise.
It does my head in but i don’t mind the headache as this cashback has helped me out loads.

My last review was actually a good review apart from the timescales yet you are taking it down because you could not understand, I do not need to share my customer number as I I’ve no issue I’ve been using mytime rewards and completesavings for the past 3years & make money every month.
English people will understand my last review perfectly which is not reflecting your sites badly but actually me saying that those people who call the bank to get the money back you have taken are liars because it clearly states they will be a charge and you do have to fill out a form and also the form for mytimerewards doesn’t even come up till you’ve filled a whole form out for completesavings.
So delete if you wish but my reviews were actually good, it’s just the new payouts that I dropped stars for as I preferred the old system automatic payments to the bank but it also used to be faster!

At present I can not recommend this site
I like the idea of what MyTimeRewards offers however in practice I have waited over the described timescales and have not actually received the cashback they have supposedly sent. I also signed up with their sister site Complete Savings and have also not received any cashback from that site either. Due to a free trial being offered after buying from one of the retail sites they are partnered with I have not lost any money however I am very reluctant to stay signed up for the subscription if they can not deliver what they promise. I will cancel before I am charged.
That being said, the service Is easy to use and I love the idea of what they offer. It's absolutely pointless though if you don't get anything back that they say you will get back. At present I can not recommend this site.

Asked to make a purchase with a retailer which is not listed as their client
After making a purchase with the retailer Wowcher an offer of this company popped up saying if I make a second purchase with Wowcher I will get 15 £ welcome bonus. Turned out as a scam, as I became member and searched the retailer Wowcher as the client of Mytimerewards to make the purchase, the search couldn't find "Wowcher". As I asked the customer service how on earth would I get a reward for shopping over their website with a retailer which is not listed as their client and therefor a shopping experience would be non-existent, the agent "Nelrose" ( Ref. of enquiry 62596994 ) gave an answer which didn't fit to my question. Until today the answer to this question and alternative solution suggestions to get the advertised and promised 15£ welcome reward is still outstanding. Don't bother.
Update on the 20st of Dec. : I have now bought from Wowcher over the Wowcher website as advised underneath, I have screenshot and submitted the email from Wowcher to the welcome rewards email. The didn't felt like reacted at all to that.

No cashback Payment sent to my bank
They cashback has been accepted, but then they never sent to bank. Ive chased this up for months and still no rewards payment sent to my bank account and they don't respond.

Just another scam. Get hold of your bank and get them to cancel whatever you have inadvertently ticked and also dispute the payment.

My Time Rewards is an online shopping programme where members can earn up to 10% cashback at over a thousand of the most prominent online retailers. More information is available at www.mytimerewards.co.uk
We try to be as clear as possible that our programme is a paid membership subscription. Our offer comes after making a purchase with a partner retailer and if you wish not to join the programme and claim the offer, you can easily close the banner or the browser. Otherwise, you will be redirected to a sign-up form where you have to manually enter your details and agreed to the Terms & Conditions, which were made very clear on the signup form that you will be charged of the subsequent monthly charge if you do not cancel before the 30-day trial ends.
Upon checking, you cancelled your membership on 25 November 2024. Therefore, your card will no longer be charged.

Rip off merchants
Rip off merchants, stealing money from the disadvantaged. Took money from my son's account when he mistakenly pressed the wrong button. Have been reported to the bank. Disgusting scammers who ought to be ashamed of themselves.
@Trustpilot. These people need to have their feed better moderated. There are obviously fake reviews posted here.

Only if you manually put your information into the signup form and agreed to the Terms & Conditions, which were made extremely explicit on the signup form that our programme is a paid membership subscription, could we have acquired your information and authorization to charge your account.
