This is yet another scam company which I was drawn into when making a purchase from Debenhams.
I am not a stupid person but I believed I would be getting a discount on the price I was paying.
In fact I was joining a "club" which charges £18 per month in order to receive savings for any future purchases with their partners.
I was also conned into joining another club called cash complete yet another scam that cost me another £18.
Thats £36 flushed down the toilet.
DO NOT SIGN UP TO ANYTHING ONLINE.

Upon checking, you cancelled your membership on 10 November 2024. Therefore, your card will no longer be charged. We also sent you a cancel confirmation email which include the details on how you joined the programme.

My Time Rewards is an excellent website to do most online purchases with great ease and save money. The introductory month with savings at each stage is not available with other similar portals.
Monthly bonus is a part of the portal that helps you get back the monthly fees that you pay to stay in the programme.
In addition a cash back of ten percent or more on purchases is very good.
Processing of cash back is rapid and fair.

Complete scam!!
Complete and utter scam of the highest order.
How is this even legal? I booked a coach ticket with national express and I was unwittingly signed up to these scammer who are taking direct debits. I will be getting on to national express tomorrow to find out they find it acceptable to give my bank details to third party ripoff merchants.
A £22.70 bus ticket has now cost me over £50!!
The fraud department at the bank has been notified and I had to cancel my card.

I’ve read the reviews for this company…
I’ve read the reviews for this company online and people are calling them scammers - that’s not true, if you claim the reward back from the initial payment you’ve made it does say that you are agreeing to a monthly contract (which your free to leave at anytime) for £18 a month however you only have to make one purchase of any amount to one of their reward partners to claim your £18 monthly reward (so effectively the subscription is free) if you book alot of holidays/trips away it’s brilliant, booking.com and tui are reward partners and I’ve saved a significant amount this year by booking through mytimerewards. As soon as you request to transfer your funds to your bank they do and the moneys in your account within 10 days - usually faster. I am very happy with the company, they’re definitely not scams - people are just not properly looking at the terms and conditions.

This is a scam!
A fraudulent business, that steal money from your card.
They say they give you moneyback but transfers never goes through.
I didn't get any cash back in more than three months, but without saying one word about it, they have regularly charged my card.
One and a half months later:
I sent an email to mary at completesaving.co.uk, requesting to check and transfer the funds they say, on their website, they have to transfer. This was on 29th of October. Tweeks later, no reply and no money.
This is definitely a scam.
I will file complaints for these companies in Switzerland, where they are registered and in UK where they operate.

Taken without knowledge
I don't normally go through my partners' bank statements, but he asked me to do an audit this week and, like other complainants here, have discovered that both My Time Rewards and Complete Savings started taking money from his account within days of each other six years ago – without, he says, his consent. I'm inclined to believe this, since he didn't even have an email address until I set one up for him recently. He is not computer literate and doesn't use the internet for payments, so we can only assume that someone used his card without his knowledge, in which case their fraud detection procedure is deplorable. He's paid a total of more than £2,000 to these companies in that time.
