The level of customer service given by the team at Neon Creations is excellent. You are not a one time customer with them you are a long time customer. The care they take in knowing their customers is honestly the best I’ve seen. From beginning to end to any mechanical faults that need seeing to they are on it.

We had contacted Neon Creations to create a sign for a room in our restaurant. We were kept informed at all times through the process, we gave Tony one of the members of the company our vision he then came up with multiple different styled designs which we picked from, we paid our deposit and work started on our sign, it was created in the time we had asked as we had a 4 week time frame for completion. Our sign was professionally fitted and we have zero problems at all! Absolutely beautiful design that bring some life into the area of the restaurant, if you are looking to add some type of focal point in a restaurant or store give them a call!!!!

Excellent customer service from Donna, she worked with me to provide a sign that was completely right for my Daughter's bedroom and it looks absolutely amazing! Delivered by Courier on specified date, it literally couldn't have been more easy. I had lots of questions but Donna gave me all the time I needed to make sure the sign was right for us.

The guys at Neon Creations are pro's when it comes to this stuff.

Neon isn't cheap and I'm sure there are lots of places who are advertising cheap neon online as well as LED (which i think looks cheap).

If you are serious about the sign you want making and are willing to pay this type of money then surely its worth buying from the best?

Exceptional family run business with superb quality product and customer service. I ordered a sign as part of a wedding proposal and they had to turn it around quick, which they did no problem, they even helped me wrap it up.

Catherine was a great help when it came to design ideas and suitability for our needs. She was able to answer all our queries quickly and clearly so there were no issues with installation. The client is very happy with the end product and I cannot wait to work with Neon Creations again on more projects.
