I purchased an armoire from Nicky…
I purchased an armoire from Nicky Cornell that was significantly cheaper than the exact same armoire from a competitor! I could not take delivery immediately so they stored it in their warehouse at no extra cost and they took it apart and reassembled it at my home for a minimal cost as it was too big to go up my stairs.at all times they were more then professional and very helpful.very happy with my purchase and the service I received.

Elise saved the day!
Elise has been super helpful today , I had a bad experience with another supplier and honestly Elise has well and truly saved the day. She made me feel so at ease, provided clear timelines and also went the extra mile by sharing photos of the product I am buying which are more true to life than some on the current website, she also shared some other beautiful pieces with me via video - honestly one of the best customer service experiences I have received in years. Manager take note :)
I am looking forward to receiving the bed in a few weeks time.

I wanted to rate the individual items rather than service. Items were sent reasonably quickly. Mirror is lovely - just as anticipated. Lights very cheaply made and will have to rethread the fixings. Hoping they will look as pictured when they are on the wall but can’t tell yet as they are for our house refurb…
