Better than I ever imagined…
After recently and suddenly losing my dad I knew I wanted something to keep forever to wear everyday. I came across Nicky Robin and immediately fell in love with this ring as it was like no other I had seen. From sending the ashes off, to receiving the completed ring back was only 5 working days, absolutely incredible. The ring itself is just better than anything I expected and it’s just perfect. Hi Jane, We are very sorry to hear that. This particular ring is a stacker ring representative of it having a slim band and that is why it is thin as our website image represents it to be. It is made from 925 Sterling Silver so isn't made from cheap materials and has been very popular with great reviews on this. It's is such a shame you were not happy with it and hope you will come to love it as it is a beautiful ring.

After looking into this, it seems that the requests were sent for each item purchased as our system (especially for our website) places individual reviews on product pages so customers can rate and read the reviews for that specific product rather than some that offer reviews spread across the whole site, that are not related to products.
We have taken your feedback on board and although we are unable to change the type of request setup, we have amended the timescale in which review requests are sent so that these are not received altogether.
