Had poor tv signal which was cured with new aerial. Easy to arrange visit and then good advice and good installation. Issue solved. Would recommend.

Moved into a new house and the TV…
Moved into a new house and the TV aerial didn't work. Nigel came within 2 days of calling, diagnosed the problem and (after trying a few things) installed a new aerial. All done in about an hour. Happy to recommend to anyone in Notts

New aerial to x4 TV sets.
I required a new television aerial and wanted this to provide for televisions in x4 rooms. I contacted Nigel, explained the scenario, I received a quote within budget and arranged a date for the work to be completed. Nigel arrived on time, was very polite and worked continuously in a really tidy manner. I now have excellent TV coverage in all x4 rooms. I will recommend Nigel to anyone seeking this type of job.

TV aerial replacement
Great service I called Nigel from NK Digital to inspect our TV Ariel which was leaning badly following a storm. Within a couple of hours he had visited our property, carried out the inspection and given me a quote to either repair or replace the aerial. We went for the replacement option which was carried out straight away. It is a very neat job that was fully tested before Nigel left. Great job!

On time and exceptionally neat & tidy
We recently moved from Kent to North Leicestershire and had alot of trouble trying to work out the aerial points in the new home.
NK Digital arrived ontime and was able to check the points throughout the home and let us know the works needed to get everything working as it should be.
After confirming to go ahead with the works, and he was able to complete on the same day, he installed a new dish, removed the old one and got all aerial points fully operational.
The cabling for the new dish is exceptionally neat and tidy.
Extremely happy with the whole visit and would highly recommend to others.

I emailed Nigel of NK Digital Installations detailing our longstanding poor Freeview reception. Because of the area in which we live, and the construction & layout of our building I knew that a resolution was no easy fix. I received a prompt reply from my email containing a timeslot offer for survey and assessment. Nigel arrived on time. It was clear that he understood our problem and had thorough knowledge of local broadcasting conditions. Nigel provided a ( free ) quote for a completely new installation that would eliminate our difficulties. I was happy to accept Nigel's quote. A date and time was agreed for installation. Again, Nigel arrived on time and worked without problem or fault until the job was complete. We now have perfect & full Freeview reception in all our rooms. Nigel was polite and courteous throughout. He worked without error. He left no mess. We are delighted with the result of Nigel's knowledge, skill & professionalism. Thank you, Nigel.

New digital aerial, points and wall mount a TV
I had Nigel in to install a new digital aerial with amplifier, 3 new aerial points and mount a TV on the kitchen wall. He arrived promptly, worked very hard and was thoroughly courteous and professional throughout, cleaning everything up afterwards. Very pleased with his work, easily one of the best tradesman I have dealt with. Will definitely use again.

Knowledgeable installers
I contacted NK Digital Installations yesterday evening and as they were working in a neighbouring village today they were able to come this afternoon. Nigel is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and sorted everything out very quickly there was no mess and you wouldn’t know he had been here. I would highly recommend the company to anyone .
