Amazing service at Northgate Cardiff
Anthony Sellick at Northgate Cardiff did an amazing job of helping me arrange a hire vehicle at very short notice. He was extremely helpful throughout the process and went above and beyond to liaise with the hire team on my behalf.
Anthony and the rest of the team made everything so simple and straightforward, which I really appreciated, especially given the short notice.
A massive thank you to Anthony and the entire Northgate team for their help and for providing such first class customer service. It really made a difference and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Northgate to friends and family.

Great effort from all the staff at Banbury …
Need tyres so called in on my way back to London at Banbury site. Turned out that I was also about 10,000 miles over service interval. No sticker on windscreen to remind me, so I went with what the dashboard told me.
They could not give me the van back until this was done. To cut the story short, 3 hours later I was on my way to London. Great effort from all at Banbury.

Popped into Cannock branch as engine…
Popped into Cannock branch as engine light came on
Spoke to harj and then a tech called mark said he can fit me in straight away
Mark then came out and fixed the issue for me so quickly and kept me on the road
Friendly guy and had a good chat with him he said he’s usual out on the road as he’s a mobile tech

I’m writing a review here as when I tried to complete the one via email, it’s stated that I had already completed using a PC which is incorrect!
Had multiple conversations and had to repeat myself over and over again as staff don’t add notes. I got given 2 wrong email addresses from two members of staff which I wouldn’t have known had I not rang them serval times to ensure they had received the CCTV footage.
I asked for a small car hire and for it not to be automatic - guess what I got…..An automatic.
The delivery/collection from the Stoke branch was great and that’s what’s saved them from having a 1 star review.
I hope I don’t have to use Northgate again, they made the whole process difficult and stressful.

Our branches always aim to provide a vehicle which meets all our customer's requirements, but may not be able to complete this every time due to low stock and availability. In this scenario, we always offer the closest match possible and I apologise once again that this was not communicated to you at the time.
