To begin with, the work on my fleet vehicle has always been done within the timeframe specified, leaving me capable of planning and working efficiently around it.
Also, something I think is very important, the staff are one of the friendliest and most helpful groups of people I've had the pleasure of dealing with, in any professional environment, whether that be hotels, bars, offices, or places such as this.
Additionally, the communication over work carried out, and their flexibility over my own availability to have them work on the van is great too.
Overall, 5 stars, and for this reason I would certainly recommend using Northgate in Southampton.

Absolutely amazing experience…
Absolutely amazing experience facilitated by Christine in workshop. Van showing warning light, but stressed we needed him back on the road ASAP. Christine was so helpful, kept an eye on progress, called me back with an update when she said she would! Excellent stuff. Thanks to North Gate Hoddesdon and especially Christine.
