I’ve been ordering of noughts and kisses for just over a year made atleast 10 purchases and not once been disappointed. I’ve only ever returned one item as it was to big but I had ordered 2 of the same item. Return was easy and refunded within 5 days. Will continue using this company as style and quality is perfect

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!

Purchased what was advertised as ‘suede boots’ that were in the sale at £38 they arrived, the material was cheap and faux suede! I bought them on the basis it was a bargain being real suede and I’m the sale so understandable… they arrived and I wouldn’t even pay half price for the poor quality!
To top it off they charge for delivery & return fees, I contacted them to flag they have falsely advertised these and they sent me a returns label but the QR code doesn’t work! I’m 40 weeks pregnant, cannot walk or drive due to suffering with PGP so my partner went to the post office to return within their very small timescales and they could not use the returns label! I contacted them again requesting for a valid QR code as I do not have access to a printer and they said they can not provide this…
Literally ready to give birth and they have taken my money by false advertising and now it’s impossible to return the cheap faux suede boots! This is unacceptable and if I do not receive a refund I will be taking matters further for the sheer principle and my personal circumstances. Robbing retailer that is falsely advertising products to mislead the consumer…. It’s against the law!

AWFUL!! Quality is shocking for the price you pay, all the threads have come loose after washing once and the material has shrunk! Would expect this from a fast fashion brand but they advertise themselves as premium which definitely is not true, deffo should have read the rest of these reviews before buying. Save yourself the hassle

Wow, this brand has really gone downhill over the last few months. The quality of the materials has seriously dropped and the designs have gone stale.

On top of this the sizing is all over the place and the return policy is downright GREEDY! How can you only allow 14 days to return and then charge me for it as well?! It’s absolutely ridiculous and I won’t ever be shopping from here again.

Nice clothes but returns policy is only 14 days, you have to pay for returns postage. The customer service team were unable to help me with returning items that were slightly out of their returns window so I am stuck £120 out of pocket.

Ordered 2 co-ords in diff sizes for my holiday and kept the 1 that fit. Returned the other 1 after my hol in perfect condition and they would only give me a credit note as 15 days. Sizing isn’t consistent and There’s not much choice on the website so Ended up spending a fortune on returns and postage and left with 3 shirts in the same size and none of them fit well. Only keeping them because I don’t want to spend anymore in postage trying to find something that suits. Really bad customer service, wouldn’t order from them again!

I’ve ordered a couple of pieces for my Summer Holiday & very happy with both co-ords! True to size & get lots of compliments on the pieces!

Dresses not true to size if your a M you will be A extra large. Supposed to be run by females

DO NOT BUY from this horrible company. I recently sent back 1 box with 2 of the same dress plus 1 dress that was damaged. Noughts and Kisses are saying there was only 2 dresses in the box, which is UNTRUE. They are refusing to give me my money back. I know they have the 3 dresses and because of their human error, I have to pay monies for a dress I don’t have. I am not letting this go and will go right to the Financial Omnibus and Trading Standards. I am appalled at how badly I have been treated when I know they are being underhand. Shame on you Noughts and Kisses for treating your customers this way because of your incompetence. Please do not order anything from this company, it is an awful experience. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Before buying something from them think about the tax you have to pay which they did not tell before buying, it costed duble. The dress did not worth that mich money. When I ordered from tje US I did not had to pay that high taxes, I can't imagine how could that be that high. I am very disappointed I will never order from them again. It's insane how much that costs.

Very quick delivery about 2days after I ordered online. The jacket is of great quality and comes in a lovely protective cover. Very warm and beautiful. I ordered a small as I am a U.K. size 10 and went with the models sizing. I am in early pregnancy and this has plenty room for my growing bits as well as a drawstring for the waist.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE!!! Awful service, Awful product. Faulty coat purchased and they refused any sort of refund or exchange. The coat was not worn but because it was 20 days old they refused the return. Emailed them and they very rudely declined the return. Coat was also very poor quality and it cost over £100.

Their customer service isn’t good at all. Firstly, you have to pay for returns. Secondly, they refused to accept my return (the threads on the coat were coming undone and the feathers were popping out) despite it being within the 7 day policy. They sent me a response saying that was supposed to happen? I will say that their delivery is reliable and efficient but in this day and age building a brand based on customer service is key. They could be a perfect brand but that’s the only thing letting them down. It’s a shame because they make SO much money.

Ordered my a daughter a coat for Christmas and couldn’t be happier she is so made up with this and the quality is outstanding.

The packaging this came in was also so well thought out and added that extra special touch when she opened this.

Ordered my partner a coat for Christmas. She spotted it online in October so I ordered it at the time. Seems I ordered the incorrect colour when she opened on Christmas Day. She ordered the correct colour instead and then they refused to accept a return of the first one as it was outside their return window. Absolute joke. Won’t be using them again. Embarrassing customer service.

Be careful as you have to pay for any returns.
My daughter's return parcel was quite large and heavy and Royal Mail wanted £26 to post. We ended up going through a Broker and got it cheaper but still cost over £12 to return. What company makes customers pay for returns this day and age.
Also, there's NO telephone number to be able to contact them, only an on line form and it can take up to 48 hours for them to respond. We even tried social media direct message but no response. Again not good, very poor customer service.

Don't buy here. They sell real fur and down. Animals suffer terribly, they are skinned alive and anally electrocuted. Coyotes (dogs) are caught with a leghold trap after which they suffer for days, trying to escape to attempt biting off their leg. If that doesn't work, they get a bullet through their head. Geese are plucked alive! Animal skin is NOT fashion! You promote cruelty. Wear your own skin. Leave animals alone!

Terrible quality, both my pockets have came unthreaded from the coat itself, and when emailing customer service they just told me that they couldn’t do anything due to it being past the warranty date even though it’s only a few months old. Wouldn’t recommend.
