Handy to be able to go online and see status of claim. All very efficient

Never been in a experience like this but ocl solicitors have been superb , Chardonnay lackenby was so very lovely & polite & explained everything in detail.

I was assigned OCL to deal with a complex injury i sustained in an RTA, and as a result i have to say my experience overall has been first class, but with a special mention required for Gillian Ward. Gillian is by far and away the most professional person I think i have ever dealt with, her ways of working are confidence inspiring and I have the utmost confidence in her as an individual. Gillian exudes professionalism, is empathetic and leaves me in no doubt at all that she has my best interests in mind.
