Ocl helped me win my claim after a car accident, I would like to thank Samantha Earl especially who dealt with my claim to the end , I found her extremely professional, patient, understanding and consistent. Always kept me updated and answered my email or return calls within a very reasonable time . I was very pleased with the final result and I feel Samantha Earl had a big part in getting things settled. I would definitely use OCL solicitors again .

I Spoke with Laura to provide a care statement for my wife’s claim, she was very professional and really cared about what had happened to us since the accident. She was understanding and thoughtful throughout the call.

OCL solicitors is part of the OCL insurance group and was instructed in December 2025 to recoup my excess of £400 from Chubb insurance group who had accepted full liability within a month for an accident caused by there client in Feb 2024 so not complicated the third party had paid OCL insurance for the repairs in May 2024 but recovering my excess has been a nightmare through the insurance company and there sister company OCL solicitors it was just one excuse after another after over 50 + emails to the solicitors and yet more lies and excuses I finally recieved my refund this morning , I personally will never use onecall insurance /solicitors ever again very poor repairs done by there own garage ended taking it to another garage to put things right poor communication from all parties and the solicitor who was dealing with me had no interest in recovering my excess and ignored my requests over and over again and so glad my ordeal with them is over at long last will never use this company ever again

My first case handler wasn't great, there was lack of communication, no response to my emails, however, my second case handler Lucia Raffo was so much better, she communicated throughout and responded to my emails promptly, she was polite and professional and she answered all of my questions without hesitation.

First experience using this company, they were instructed to handle a case on my behalf.
I’ve never had to deal with anything like this before, at no point whatsoever did I feel judged or not heard, they were very helpful, fast a responding and kept me in the loop with everything. Even after the case went to court they reached out straight away to go over everything.
Everything was smooth from start to finish considering how anxious I was.

FYI this is a review on an individual who was absolutely brilliant. It’s a shame she wasn’t dealing with my claim from the start.

Great company who guided me through the whole claim process with great communications

I can’t complain about the service I received. I was involved in a non injury collision in June 2025, the whole process took a year to complete but once compensation was agreed it took just a few days to be received. I also had good communication over all.

I was kept updated at every stage and am pleased with the outcome. It took some time to get everything sorted but promptly dealt with

I feel the solicitors were excellent,
They were always in constant contact, very supportive and I always thought they were giving me experienced advice, they gave me the decisions to make and assured me they would give me full backing either way , eventually I was advised what to do with a difficult case without much evidence to support my claim , we came to a mutual agreement on all side and it was dealt with swiftly.

I found my experience with the Solicitors very stressful. I had repeated telephone conversations and emails about the same information that I had already provided. I had letters from One Call saying as I had no contact with the solicitors that I would potentially be charged £9k for the non fault claim. At this point I had been liaising with them for a number of weeks. It was a very disappointing service that I would not want to repeat.
