Not one to leave a negative review…
Not one to leave a negative review usually. But multiple times delivery is about 2 weeks, with me having to chase up the order. Most recent one i chased up and then had the wrong butter delivered, so i sent an email and got no response. As good as some of the products are that i have had in the past, recent service has dropped massivley since my first order. I will most likely not order again, which is unfortunate.

Just after initial review and response on here, emailed and told they would send me correct product, after one sent was nothing like what i had ordered. Responded quick enough to poor review but no action taken like i had been told they would. Given up and finding somewhere new for beard products now

Hope your well we have had a massive influx of orders where it's been a struggle to keep up with the making of the items etc but we have managed to clear the backlog and I can say were on top now!
I am sorry you got a butter that wasnt the correct one I have not had any emails regarding that from yourself however let me just advise that some butters Hiemdall for example are having an alternitive label applied due to a issue with label suppliers and running out however the butter in the tin is 100% correct.

Doesn't dispatch, doesn't communicate, just takes your money.
I ordered from this company.
15 days later still not product, no shipping details, no reply to emails, yet I keep getting emails from them telling me about the deals they have on.
Ironic, they can offer 50% off things, but not fulfill an order.
Starting to think they maybe a rip off company.

Ordered a few different products
Ordered a few different products, they all smell amazing. Tried the beard oil today and the beard is feeling soft, skin feels good. Happy with the products and looking forward to trying more. Had a slight issue with delivery but that was down to royal mail, I messaged the company and reply was really fast and the issue was sorted quickly.

Really good offer, but poor quality product. Cheap and nasty bottle, cheap and nasty label and cheap and nasty scent. Sorry, I didnt want to be negative but the Ygdrasil beard oil smelt like the kind of perume an eight year old would buy for mother's day.

Incredible service and incredible product. The scent on this oil is insane and leaves my beard feeling soft and hydrated, still felt amazing in the morning a good 12 hours after application. Highly recommend this oil.

I didn't expect large bottles that came within a week.
It smells fantastic and makes my wirey beard much more manageable.

Had a slight issue with delivery
Had a slight issue with delivery, of course the royal mail lost it, Odin got in touch really quickly and said they send out a replacement which I've now received, they also refunded my delivery cost.
Couldn't ask anymore top notch customer service 🤙🏻

Hands down the best beard oil I’ve ever…
Hands down the best beard oil I’ve ever used, and I’ve used a lot of them over the years. I’d seen the brand at a market in Skipton and wasn’t in a position to purchase at the time, but when I saw them on Facebook with an intro offer I decided to give it a go. The beard oil is amazing! Only contains natural oils and essential oil fragrance, no sulphites/sulphites or artificial fragrances. The feel of it both in your hand and on your beard is clean and smooth, not bitty or greasy like cheaper versions. I went for ‘Odin’ which I think is the original one, and the smell is amazing and lasted all day. I put my oil on in the morning and when I came to wash in the evening I could still smell the fragrance without it being overpowering. I’ll be trying more of the products in future and won’t be using any other beard oil from now on.

I like that the customer services were…
I like that the customer services were in touch in regards to my order, but the actual beard oil smells like baby oil! I ordered the Loki version and it does not smell of anything as per what it was advertised. I cannot smell any oud!
