As the majority of others this is disgraceful behavior from this company it just seems like we all have a genuine grievance but this company seems untouchable. Surely we all can’t be wrong but what we all need is someone to tell what to do to get our money back. Is there anyone who can help please.

I order she shoes from this company on the 26/7/2026 I still have not received them I have sent the 3/4 emails and have not replied to them there no phone to ring I think I’ve been scammed

Wow what a con. Shoes look nice. However prompt delivery doesn't seem to mean the same in China as it does in the rest of the world. Paid £7.99 for prompt delivery only to find that it takes 9 (nine) day yes 9 days for them to pack the shoes, place in a bag and put a label on them. Customer service support is vague at best. Facts and information are none existent.

ABSOLUTE SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SO CALLED COMPANY, complete waste of money ordered the size I wanted sent me size 8 instead of 13 wide fit, wanted me to send back to china at my expense and the quality of the shoes is cheep and nasty doubt if it would hold up to an hours use, if I could give this so called company minus stars it would be minus 1000.

One star is too much for this lot....service is absolutely appalling , takes forever for delivery, check items and they are the wrong size, complaints get nowhere, offer of discount on another pair that i took up rather than make a total loss and guess what....they sent the wrong size for a 2nd time. Further complaints get nowhere other than the offer of another voucher.

I ordered size 11 shoes and they sent me size 8, when I asked for the refund they offered me 10% discount on next purchase, what do I do with the half of size shoe!? They want me to send the shoe back to china with my own expense, I already paid delivery charge, never again

Ordered of Facebook size 13 trainers blue.. sent a black pair size 11... wouldn't refund unless I sent it back to China at my expense they wouldn't pay for postage... avoid scam company just to get your money off... bad service all round

Bought a pair of shoes they sent me the wrong size far to small,i asked for a refund they offered me 10% and i could keep the shoes.What would i want a pair of shoes that are to small for?scammers.

I bought a pair of their "leather" shoes.

They're not leather. They're a man-made plastic fabric.

The same as everyone else on the reviews - wrong size sent - then said £10 discount on their site or send back to an obscure address in china - seems like a scam to me - and replies get ruder as you just ask for your money back - if they are selling to the UK does our trading standards not apply?

They sent me the wrong style of shoes. They expected me to pay for me to return the shoes to China (likely to cost as much as the shoes and told me it takes about a month to get to their warehouse and there is a risk of loss during transit) so I was not prepared to return them. I have exchanged daily emails with them and they are refusing to send me the style of shoe I ordered. This means they have taken my money and not sent me what I ordered. I would not recommend this company at all.

Ordered some shoes over a week ago, seems to be taking forever.
They gave me a tracking code but it's no use as it's in Chinese.
Avoid at all costs. Going to try and get a refund but not too hopeful.

Stay away from this company. They're scamming you and they won't refund your money. I waited 16 days for my shoes, and then they sent me shoes two sizes smaller. I asked for a refund, and they told me they'd cover the return shipping costs, but they told me it was too expensive and I had to manage it myself. It's a disgrace. Waste of money.

The tracking number I have been given can't be found. I ordered in October and am still waiting for delivery. I am now told that the shoes will be here in the next three days - I do not believe a word of it. Watch this space............

Ordered boots, then after reading reviews thought I had made a mistake and wouldn't see anything, but I got message they had been dispatched. They arrived and were exactly what I required, the quality and size were perfect. The only downside was the time it took to dispatch and the communication was let's say vague.

Don’t order from this company!!! It’s a rip off. Ordered a pair of shoes, Size 11. They sent me a pair size 9.5!! Won’t give me a full refund or send the correct size. Only offered me a 20% refund. No return policy either.

Absolute scum, they take your money and run, do not reply to emails, absolutely nothing

Ordered boots in wide fitting didn't fit because nobody took into account the ankle area which would of been OK for tiny feet. When you email them to return they offer 15% refund which went up to 20%. Advised not to send back as they would probably get lost in post. This is the second pair of shoe that fitted terrible. The first pair just got thrown away. Never buy crap again of this lot. The 3 pairs of shoes I got of fitsville fit perfectly avoid at all cost.

I had an awful experience with Office Summers Shoes. The item I received was not what was advertised — completely different in quality and style. When I contacted them to explain that they had sent the wrong product based on false and misleading information, their response was shockingly rude and unprofessional.

They do accept returns, but at the buyer’s own expense to China, which costs almost as much as the shoes themselves! Despite the fact that it was their mistake, they refused to cover the return postage or take responsibility.

This is unacceptable and dishonest business practice. The product is low quality, the description is false, and their customer service is disrespectful.
Avoid this company — they are misleading buyers and operating unethically.
