Decided to go direct we have a autistic son and I can’t count how many times OLOGIC have repaired his tablet every time the repair is done quickly and efficiently couldn’t recommend them enough thanks again OLOGIC no doubt you will be seeing his tablet soon lol

I recently wrote a 5 star review… and take it back.

I recently wrote a 5 star review because this company were fast and efficient with my repair. HOWEVER, I sent this off at the end of February, they had reseated the CPU and RAM given it a clean and a service. 4 days it worked for, and came up with boot manager, had to send this back off to them. They sent it back today stating the hard drive needed replacing, fabulous all done and my son with adhd/odd was over the moon to have it back after not having it for 2 weeks (except the 4 days)
Waited until he was home from school, recorded him turning it on and STILK not working. All signs point to a failed GPU (graphics card) I call ologic myself, they said its could try to check the graphics card myself, which i didn't as that may void my insurance. I understand that this could have been damaged in shipping, but I have had 4 days off work in 2 weeks, I can not afford another 2 days off for collection/delivery. This item is insured through D&G and I have escalated a complaint in hope they will just replace this item, however Ologic themselves keep stating they can fix this. Clearly not. I mean a ram, cpu, hard drive and not a failed graphics card? Seriously, it's causing end amounts of stress and pressure on me, constantly sending and receiving a broken PC!
I cant do anything myself, nor pay anyone as it will void my insurance, but can you guarantee this will be fixed, sent and handled delicately if sent back to you? If not, admit it cant be fixed so I can sort this with D&G.

Firstly, we’re really sorry to hear how frustrating this situation has been for you and your son. We completely understand how disappointing it must have been to receive the PC back and find it still isn’t working, especially after waiting and taking time off work.

From the symptoms you’ve described and the information from our team, it appears the graphics card may have become slightly unseated during transit. Desktop PCs contain several plug-in components, and although everything is secured before leaving us, items such as graphics cards can occasionally shift during shipping due to movement or vibration.

We absolutely believe this is something we can resolve, and if the graphics card has simply shifted position, it is normally a quick fix once the unit is back with us.

We also appreciate the difficulty you’ve mentioned around needing to be home for collections and deliveries. To help with this, DPD offer local drop-off and collection points. When you receive the SMS from DPD regarding the shipment, you can choose to redirect the parcel to a nearby drop-off location, meaning you wouldn’t need to take additional time off work to hand it over.

Please be assured that we’ll continue to work with Domestic & General and do everything we can to get the system working reliably again for your son as quickly as possible.

I believe our team has already been in touch to arrange collection and we will resolve this issue for you.

The person always on the other end of the phone Mark, always listened to me- did not make me feel as though heard the query before. it was all about my concerns.

I felt every contact was personal, the packaging, the securing of my equipment on collection was excellent.
Nice touch on the packaging of my delivery - made my day.

Quick turnaround for repairs

A lot of my products are insured with D&G insurance as I am disabled/housebound so the pick up of repairs from my home and delivered back is a godsend. On this occasion my X box one x console stopped working including the streaming and the Blu-Ray player which I explained when sending it in for repair the first time however when it was returned only the streaming had been fixed not the Blu-Ray player so it had to go back in again so that was a little disappointing but I am happy to report the second time around my console appears fully fixed and the only reason I deducted a star, however the service from this company was quick and great at keeping me up to date via text and emails regards pick up/drop off by DHL plus details of repairs in the return boxes. Also speaking to customer service directly was a pleasure and they resolved any issues quickly so overall I am very satisfied with their service and a first time fix would have definitely been 5 stars. Also wanted to thank them for the message on my return box (which I have kept in case of any future repairs) and the little packet of sweets which went to a good cause-) These little touches are rare these days but appreciated. I would use their service again even if it was not via my insurance plans.

Xbox one s repair

The item got picked up, delivered to the repair company the next day, good communication from the repair company, and it only took 4 days for the whole process, from pick up, to delivering it back to me, and extremely happy with the repair, and i got a new controller which was very unexpected. Very Pleased.

My Samsung Tablet was having problems charging

My Samsung Tablet was having problems charging. Contacted Domestic & General and they arranged a repair with Ologic. Ologic arranged for it to be collected by DPD. DPD sealed it in a plastic shipping box, packed in foam and the lid was secured using cable ties. They replaced the charging port and returned and returned in as new condition. Ologic were brilliant with communication every step of the way, very very quick and secure, they sent a pin code for me to give to DPD to accept delivery and they also put a pin code in the tablet and sent me the code to unlock it. They also gave me a new charging cable as an extra plus a small bag of sweets. Works perfectly thank you.

Broken laptop

Laptop was collected on time.fixed and received back within a week.kept upto date about what was happening and laptop was sent back wrapped very well with the added touch of a lovely sticker and couple of packs of sweets 🙂thanks for everything

Best Repair Service Around

Best Repair Service Around!

My son's laptop was sent in with an issue where it would not charge. Within a week it was returned, cleaned, fixed and perfectly packaged. Even got some sweets as a little treat! I'm very impressed, and will definitely use again!

iPad wasn’t charging and buzzing

My child’s iPad wasn’t working. It’s insured through d&g. It was picked up by dpd after 2 rearranged days which wasn’t Ologic’s fault. When it arrived into there workshop I was kepted up to date on the app with parts being ordered and the repair being done all within days of being there Then the iPad got sent out and arrived the next day. With a nicely cleaned screen, new wire and a bag of sweets which my girl was happy to receive as I let her open the box. (Nice wee surprise) Thanks for fixing so fast.
