Ologic provided excellent feedback throughout a process made awkward by the insurers' arbitrary administrative obstructions to the repair shop processing correctly and timeously the device sent to them by D & G's client, here writing a review of the satisfactory repair and service they provided.

Wow! I cannot rate this company high enough! My chrome book developed a fault and was covered under an extended warranty (Costco). I Contacted Costco and while repair was being arranged, I received a message from Ologic informing me that a courier would collect my chrome book the next day.
From the moment my chrome book was collected, Ologic kept me completely updated via text (offered option of text or email) of the entire process.
My chrome book was returned today, very securely packed along with a letter explaining the repair that had been carried out, there was also a very thoughtful message on the box and a gift in the box .
I did have a question for their customer service team who were super helpful too.

Fab service. Laptop broke, they picked it up, fixed it and sent it back. Then I broke it again about 3 weeks later. They picked it up, fixed it, and dropped it off within a week. Can't fault the stress/hassle free service!

My daughters laptop was picked up for repair.It was thoroughly tested and the fan was replaced.A repair checklist was sent back with the device and a note to say it had been cleaned also.

Just had a repair on a lenovo laptop through Sky insurance and it has been terrific service. Picked up from home by DPD repaired by Scott and tested by Gary. Returned today via DPD and the difference is amazing. I had thought of replacing the hard drive but was not needed, Thank you again for Great service.

Ologic did a great job repairing my iPad they replaced the unit because it wouldn’t charge when the cable was inserted and the battery kept running out of power very quickly. It works better than ever and it’s much appreciated. First class service definitely recommended.

Very impressed with the service which was through my insurer D&G. Samsung tablet bent in middle and cracked at back. DPD picked up thursday and tablet was back with me saturday as good as new. Very grateful I took out the insurance and would happily recommend. Worst thing was the short notice given by DPD for the return (<2 hours) but other than that, perfect.
