I was a longtime Quince customer. I ordered over $300 worth of clothes and never received them.

Quince maintained that the package was delivered and must have been stolen, but I was at home, waiting for the delivery, and no one came.

I notified Quince within the 7 day return timeframe but they would not reimburse me for the order or send me the items that I never received.

Quince does not support its customers. Beware of items lost in the mail—you will be charged for them!

I never write reviews. In fact, this is the first one I have written on this site, but I noticed the negative rating and felt I should share my experience.
I have been a quince shopper for years. The customer service I have received is outstanding. When there was a defect with the item, i emailed them and sent pictures and recieved a replacement or refund without issue. The best way to get in touch with someone quickly is by email. I have returned items i had for months
but never wore and the item still had the tags and never had an issue. I NEVER paid a restocking fee. Most of the negative reviews I noticed were shipping issues, shipping is free so I am fine waiting a little longer. I don't expect a quick turnaround. When I shop online, i want free shipping and free returns. Quality is great for the price you are paying. I have paid much higher prices on designer pieces that were a similar quality. In truth, the silk and cashmere will sometimes pill after a while I noticed, but still think I am getting quality. It tends to happen more with the pieces i wear most often which is to be expected. I love the tencil fabric. It is airy and light. I have purchased shoes, a leather purse, gloves, shorts and luggage. Overall, i am a very happy and loyal quince customer.

I ordered a bamboo sheet set from QUINCE. Price seemed reasonable which is their claim to fame. I received my sheets. It was supposed to be a set for $79. I received a fitted sheet and 2 pillowcases. No flat sheet. I was told I need to reorder with the option for both a flat and fitted sheet for $109. What the heck? Who would want a set that’s not a set? Buyer beware!

Delivery service delivered to wrong address and never found my order. I had to keep calling back Quince to get a resolution. They offered to send a replacement but refused to expedite shipping to make up for the lost time (several weeks). You call this a business? Get a better delivery company and show some respect for your customer's time and trouble.

This company is AWFUL! DO NOT SHOP HERE no matter how cheap their clothes are. First, they are not soft, like everyone claims. The products are cheap looking at best, so when I sent their stuff back, I did not feel bad.
I placed an order for vacation, received the wrong items, and when I asked them to send what I wanted ASAP they told me not until they received their products back! WHAT? I didn't even want their crappy stuff, but they should have sent me what I wanted. Save yourself the hassle and order something from Amazon!

Left a 3 star review on a product I ordered - a fair honest assessment of what I liked and didn’t (overall a cheap and flimsy product that wasn’t worth the money despite the nice design) and they hid it. Makes me wonder how many more reviews they’re actively hiding. Not a transparent business practice, and extremely bad faith.

shipping was quick but all the items were packed in a plastic bag that was ripped in several places.

make sure you read the fine print! They charge to restock on returns and when I inquired about returns they failed to mention it so i ordered multiple items which will cost me money to return. Never again will i do business with them. They also do not answer the phone number on their website---also, when you do try and return items on the site--they auto check to a store credit which is shady!

This website / business is legitimate, however, Quince is very hit or miss. I’ve ordered a few separate times and as reviews have pointed out, shipping seems to be sketchy. I suspect because they’re using multiple shipping vendors / locations because packaging has been different every time I’ve ordered. As far as quality, the best purchase I’ve received from there were the bamboo sheets, the worst were the “waffle” towel sets. Felt cheap, thin, overpriced. Their washable silk items feel good quality, but the stitching on both the skirt and dress feels and looks cheap. I also purchased 3 alpaca hair sweaters and all three have started pilling horribly after just a year of wear, compared to the same sweater I have from Everlane (much thicker, better quality). I’ve also never had issues with returns- they’ve always been timely and hassle free. Shipping on the other hand has always been an issue.

Five days after placing an order and "tracking" indicates nothing, no movement. Ugh, I should have listened to so many negative reviews before ordering. They suck you in with such low pricing, but cannot be trusted.

Customer service. Unable to contact anyone and then told the "window's to change delivery address was passed. No confirmation email was sent, 'my account didn't list order for almost a day. Window changed from 15 to 10 min. Even though it is nearly impossible to get a response in any timely manner via chat, email or phone.

Absolutely not reliable. I ordered an item and the shipping said 6-9 business days. It never arrived and tracking said that it was en-route. I reached out and their customer service said to wait another 7 days, and to reach out if it still hadn't arrived. When it didn't arrive 7 days later, the same customer service person said it was actually out of stock. So, it was never shipped in the first place. They basically made me wait an extra 7 days when they could've just verified whether the item was shipped or not when I first reached out. Terrible customer service. Completely unreliable. Take your business elsewhere. BEWARE.

My order is a Christmas gift so I can’t speak to the quality of the item. I can comment on their excellent customer service. When delivered, the packaging was ripped open and the item was damaged. I requested a replacement and they immediately shipped a new one. Very pleased with their quick response to the issue.

I have made multiple orders from quince and been happy with each item. The prices are really solid and the quality is good. I've ordered their linen shirts, a summer day dress, and a wool coat and each item has held up overtime. The wool coat I exchanged for a different color with no issues. It seems like most negative reviews have to do with shipping delays, but I don't have a problem waiting a while for the clothes to arrive so that's never bothered me.

I have ordered 2 sweaters (cotton) and one cotton blazer. I loved them all. They are good quality and fit well. I ordered two tee shirts that were a little too small. I sent them beack easily. Did not pay for shipping. Got my refund immediately. I will order again.

It has been crazy. First the wrong item was sent twice.I had to send photos of the wrong item. Then a second time the wrong item was shipped. Finally the right item came. But now they are claiming that I sent only one item back when I sent 4 items back.they are even saying that the shipment with 4 items contained only one item, and that is an item that was never delivered, in error or otherwise! So many errors one experiences it as CRAZY.Are they planning on stealing $300 worth from me? That all said, the quality is nice and the customer service is polite. But it has been too time consuming. I sure hope they resolve this problem positively for me.

I love quince but I don’t know what is going on with their shipping lately. They notify you an order has shipped but then it doesn’t update for like a week. Really disappointing because shipping used to be quick and reliable.

I have shopped with Quince for four years and have never had a problem with returns, refunds or credits. I have found customer service to be prompt and helpful and generally the product quality is great.

Quince makes a big deal about their 365-day return and exchange policy. But they did not honor this policy in my case. I went through several days of back-and-forth emails with their customer service, which ultimately ended in them refusing to process my exchange. I am now stuck with a $139 sweater I can't use.

Since I couldn't get a resolution with them privately, I made some comments on their Facebook ads notifying other potential customers that their policy is not consistently honored. Then suddenly I was blocked from accessing their FB page. This seems really shady and definitely not trustworthy. Stifling customer criticism is not an honest way to run a business.

As a side note, I also wrote a one-star review of my experience with the sweater and it was never posted with their other reviews. Makes you wonder how many other low reviews they are getting that never make it to their site.

Everything is fine when your stuff arrives like normal. The carrier they sent my item with is a mess and keeps saying I am not home when I am home, thus never delivering my item. I even tried to have it held for pick up, nope they still sent it back out and did not deliver it. Quince will do nothing and kept copy/pasting the same generic information and told me to contact the carrier then closed the chat. No help or responsibility taken on their part.

They sell cheap chinese product and call it a quality product. My order delivered after 1 month and that too with different size and bad quality. They do not easily return also, had to call them multiple times.

In the end, they accepted the return but cut 20% of my money which they are not returning.

Really bad Company, They should be kicked out of US market.
