I read about Quince in Forbes article, so the company seemed legit. Love the stated mission. I don't know if the company is struggling to be professional or if it's a scam, but in my first (and only) order, I received the wrong top. A new top was promptly sent out and it was still the wrong top. In addition, the tops sent were less $ than the original purchase. I requested the difference. They said they would credit back my card; any other company would issue the credit back with tax and this was not done. It is a hassle to deal with Quince.

I wanted to love Quince! I have made two purchases. One was the cashmere t shirt. It has a hole in the back that was there when it arrived. The second time I bought a pair of biker shorts and a sports bra. Biker shorts are actually great. Nice material and fit well. For the bra they sent me a size S when I ordered a size M, so it doesn’t fit and I have to go through the hassle of returning. Overall I just get the vibe this is cheaply made stuff by a company that hasn’t quite figured out their logistics yet.

I recently purchased a cashmere sweater that was marketed as luxurious and high-end, but I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the item. The craftsmanship was subpar, and it felt as though shortcuts were taken in the manufacturing process. The materials used felt cheap and the overall build was flimsy and prone to breaking.

I ordered two items from Quince - a cashmere t-shirt and a silk tank top. The sweater was decent quality for the price. The silk top was just ok - very thin and the cut was very boxy. The biggest issue (like everyone else has mentioned) was the shipping time - it took a solid three weeks to receive my items. This wouldn't have been an issue if the company had been upfront about the time, but as many others have experienced, I was given an estimate of 6-9 days. Depending on how the sweater wears over time, I might order from them again, but overall I wasn't impressed.

The quality surpassed my expectations and the shipping was quick and easy.

UPDATE: My 2nd order did finally arrive and I'm updating from 1 to 3 stars. This rating is based on my experience only. The items were purchased for a gift and I don't have feedback on product quality yet.

I've ordered from Quince twice and never received either order. After not receiving the first order, they did issue a refund and a discount code if I wanted to give them another try. I decided to place a 2nd order. It was supposed to arrive a week ago but didn't. No sign of it. Tracking info still says estimated delivery a week ago.

I have a “store credit” with Quince. It a fairly large credit. When I try to apply the credit at check-out the website will not apply the credit. I’ve contacted the company via multiple emails, Messenger, and phone calls. No human will answer their phone and
after weeks of trying to resolve this issue have yet to have anyone resolve the problem. Will NEVER order from them again!

For a Company that highlights it Customer Service and progressive adjustment policy, they missed the mark in my recent purchase experience. They could not follow a simple gift adjustment address redirect. When I asked them to redirect the gift to the recipient, after they sent to the purchaser. The only thing I got was a curt email informing me they were not going to do that. A $15.00 fee could have been avoided if they simply followed through on their Free Shipping policy.

Some reviewers I see complain of lengthy shipping times - it's true that many items come direct from India, but I find for the price point it's always worth the wait. I live in Hawaii so longer wait times don't phase me. I've enjoyed all my purchases from linen bedding, jute rugs, cashmere sweaters and a silk robe, linen button down shirts. It has all arrived and been nicer than I expected.

I got a sweater that was oversized but it was a bit too big to be comfortable. I easily exchanged it for the right size with no charges. The quality of the sweater was great for the price.

Should have read the crappy reviews first before I purchased but lesson learned :( Shipping is painfully slow. Returns are painfully difficult to do. Also particularly annoying because they force you to create an account first in order to actually initiate a return when you should just be able to use your order number to get it done!!!! DEFINITELY WON'T ORDER FROM THEM EVER AGAIN!

I ordered a couple of sweaters, but, just like many of the reviews here, they never arrived. The tracking was stagnant. I contacted customer service, and received a prompt reply saying let’s give it a few more days, and if no movement, it would be resolved. So, Saturday afternoon, I contacted them again, and said that I wanted a refund. I received an email stating that I had received my refund ON SATURDAY EVENING! I did not expect a reply until Monday! I’m just here to say that, yes, the shipping sucks. But, I might be willing to try them again due to their awesome customer service!

Several purchases all excellent quality and customer service and affordable priceline.

The web site lies about manufacturing in places that specialize, it is all China crap, The sweater I got made me itch so I washed it and now it smells like the dirty animal the threads came from. The so called silk shirts are really cheap looking. I was scammed again

Depending on what is ordered, one could receive their item within a week or three. When I ordered cotton bed linens they came within a week. In the same order the cashmere sweater didn't arrive until 2+ weeks.
They do communicate this on their website.
The customers complaining about shipping over the holidays, well, Quince did say to order by a certain date to get your product before Christmas and some of you didn't.
This isn't Amazon. I would rather plan ahead and wait for a quality product and support small business than buy something cheap and convenient, or overpay at places like Pottery Barn or Banana because of the name.
I will say that I feel their cashmere runs a bit small. I have the mediums and I feel that they juuuust fit. However their tencel and linen run fairly true to size, if not a tad on the large side.
I've supported them now for a year and a half and have no plans to stop.

I have ordered from this company many times with zero issues. Shipping is reasonable, I've always received exactly what I ordered, and I love the quality. I have had to return a few items and returns were hassle-free and promptly refunded. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, unless people ordered for Christmas at the last minute...

Product never delivered, useless customer service. I’ve ordered from them before and haven’t had issues until this holiday season. I’ve completed lost all respect for the company and will never order again. sounds like I’m not the only one who is hugely disappointed.

I have ordered from this company several times and always am extremely happy with the quality of the products, the price, and the customer service. I recently had an issue with an order where the package was marked as delivered but was not on my porch, and they happily and quickly sent me a free replacement. I would highly recommend them!

Excellent quality, unbeatable prices and excellent customer service. I have ordered at least 8 times from this company with no issues. Shipping is a bit slow but always arrives when expected. Really nice cashmere.

Terrible shipping service. I placed an order on Dec 7th and I still haven't received the item. Got in touch with customer server just to get an automated response from them. I don't think that I'll ever order from this company again!
